Lovely place, a little old-fashioned! Incredible food! Definitely worth a try and a return visit! Prices are slightly above average (average second price €25), but the quality justifies the price!

The food is truly excellent; there must be a very good chef. The place is quite small and therefore fills up quickly. It's best to book because the dishes are truly interesting.

Excellent authentic cuisine, the tajarin with black truffle was excellent. The waiter was very good and recommended an excellent Pinot Noir. An experience to repeat.

Succulent food. This restaurant is a must-visit. We loved it so much that we came back two days later. Excellent value for money. The opposite of a tourist trap. Mainly local clientele. Sometimes necessary to book the day before.

Speechless, just grateful. The vitel toné was self-cutting, the best I've ever tasted, and the black truffle noodles were spectacular... top quality, with a homemade taste.

It was a wonderful experience and they greeted us very well even though it was past their usual lunch time. I recommend the vitello tonnato, the gnocchi, and the pistachio ice cream. The atmosphere is very intimate yet friendly. Just updates the pics with the summer menu. Wonderful setting outside overlooking the piazza in the summer ❤️

25/02/2026: We stayed at the Albergo Ristorante Trieste in Boves and truly felt at home. The welcome was one of our strong points: the owner is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks also to his mother, who is truly sweet and friendly—people who make you feel welcome right away. The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, everything was tidy and pleasant. In the morning, a generous and varied breakfast awaited us, with plenty of choice and delicious products: perfect for starting the day. The location is strategic for the ski slopes, very convenient for those who want to enjoy the mountains without stress. The village is also very welcoming and quiet, ideal for a true getaway. A simple place but with a big heart. We would love to return. ❤️

The lobby area has a slightly British feel, the kind that makes you want to settle into an armchair in the evening, sip a liqueur or a whisky, and chat with the host (a delightful person) and the other guests. If you like meat, the restaurant gives a 9/10 rating. Private parking.
