We decided to try the trio of local specialties and I must say that it was a true triumph of flavors! Each dish was prepared with fresh and quality ingredients, a true tribute to the local culinary tradition. To accompany our lunch, we chose a glass of Barbaresco, which proved to be perfect for enhancing the flavors of the dishes. To end on a high note, we tasted a revisited tiramisu that left us speechless: a real delight!
