It's a shame that it has regressed.....until six months ago it was spectacular in every way....now due to a change of staff...... especially for the manager's sister who doesn't work at all 🥺🥺🥺

25/01/2025: This is my first time visiting this restaurant. I was invited to lunch. I will definitely return.
19/12/2024: Innanzitutto da premiare perché trovare un ristorante aperto a pranzo nei giorni feriali è diventato sempre più complicato. Poi passiamo alla cucina:speciali i tagliolini con il tartufo e la calamarata,ottima la tartare con tartufo. Ennesima volta che provo Extra,lo ritengo un’eccellenza a Carrara.

18/01/2025: I celebrated my birthday with a small table of friends. Appetizers, focaccias and meat! Everything was fantastic, from the food to the helpfulness of the staff! Excellent wines... a guarantee! Thanks again
