I love going into the Nespresso 'boutique' on Via Repubblica in Parma. I am always welcomed by very kind and knowledgeable staff. Always ready to answer my questions and let me taste coffees that are new to me. Rita, specifically, is truly a special girl in terms of kindness and professionalism. A pleasure to enter that shop.
