Yesterday I stopped by the Nespresso store in Parma just to buy some capsules, but thanks to Carmela's professionalism and kindness, the visit turned into a true shopping experience. Carmela was extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable: she enthusiastically explained the features of some products I wasn't familiar with, managing to spark my curiosity and interest. In the end, I discovered some truly interesting new products and made a larger purchase than expected, but with great satisfaction.

20/02/2026: Good concept, relaxed atmosphere for eating pasta, innovative proposal, on average good but errors in execution, the pasta was precooked and lukewarm seasoned with caccio e pepe too thick which made the dish sticky but with a prawn tartar with a hint of lime excellent, they did not bring us the ordered water and the wine needs to be reviewed in quality
16/02/2026: This place has a simple restaurant model and it works. Super easy to order and pay using your phone. Just enough selections without getting over complicated. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price. I recommend the spinach tortellini with walnut cream sauce, with added pancetta. Carbonara was also good. Nice attentive server and fun casual atmosphere.

Yum - Taste of the Philippines

14/03/2026: Filipino food from the Batangas region with a twist! As a second time visitor to Milan, I finally managed to come to YUM and I must say I absolutely enjoyed lunch at this restaurant. All the food, from the starters to the mains and ultimately the desserts, were delicious, flavourful and presented beautifully. The owner, a native of Batangas Province in the Philippines was very welcoming, attentive and friendly- she treated my guests and me extremely well! Also, as a Filipino, I'm glad to see that YUM has catapulted our cuisine to the 21st century, using some of Batangas' traditional dishes and creatively tweaking them into a new identity that's able satisfy both Filipino and Italian palettes. As far as the space, the restaurant's ambience is very warm, inviting, and serves as perfect location to meet friends and family. The tables, plates, glassware and cutlery were organised neatly and the chairs were comfortable. Lastly, the bathroom was clean and smelled fresh with potpourri. Overall, I highly recommend this place to any Filipino longing for taste of home. To non Filipinos who are unfamiliar with Filipino food, YUM's menu will definitely provide a good introduction to the island's cuisine.
