Today I went to the Nespresso Boutique and I was very happy with the service and the staff, very kind.

This afternoon we visited this store to purchase capsules for our Vertuo. We were greeted by Isabella, who was incredibly kind and friendly. She also guided us with great professionalism and expertise in choosing the capsules that best suited our tastes. She offered to prepare us a coffee with a special recipe using Barista coffee as well. This option particularly impressed and intrigued us, as it left us wanting to purchase a wider variety of capsules and biscuits, so we could try more unique recipes at home. Isabella also offered to teach us new recipes using our favorite coffees during future visits to the store. We are truly satisfied with Nespresso and the service offered at this store, because with them, coffee is no longer just a coffee, but a special moment to share while enjoying unique and surprising flavors.
