This pastry bar is in the center of Seregno and is interesting.
The choice of desserts is good, not exaggerated (for me this is a good thing).
Friendly staff, average prices.
There are several tables, including outdoor ones that can be used during the summer.

Absolutely the best breakfast!
The croissants (or brioches😂) are of a superior level: superlative.
There are different doughs and options but my favorite is the Ischian one: even more flaky and crunchy.
We don't live in Seregno but, every time we go, breakfast at Aiello is a regular stop.

Pastiera e zeppole di buon livello, anche la crema al pistacchio con cui farciscono le brioches è consigliata. Buona la posizione dei tavoli esterni per l'estate.

Good morning, we tasted both the pandoro and the panettone. Both very good. The staff is friendly and you can see that the pastry chef cares a lot about his products. The place is a bit small, but still very pleasant.

We returned today, in December, to try the Ischitano croissant, that is, with a double dough (puff pastry and brioche) filled with custard and black cherry. A very particular and strange dough, crunchy and super honeycombed, in contrast with the delicate vanilla cream full of dots, I really liked it.
I went for breakfast yesterday, I was intrigued by a steamed brioche: soft and sweet enough, perfect for dipping in cappuccino, it reminded me of the sweet rolls that my mother and grandmother used to get me when I was little, a sweet dip in the past.
I also tasted a bit of the custard from my boyfriend's classic croissant, rich in vanilla dots and very delicate.
Simple and refined environment, as well as the service, and absolutely average prices for being right in the center of Seregno.
