For health reasons, we stayed in Turin for several days and frequently visited Caffè 20 Miglia. We found excellent service and excellent value, but we especially appreciated the kindness of all the staff, especially Mr. Michele for his empathy, friendliness, and professionalism. For us, it's the best coffee in the area!

For a few days I took some sandwiches to take to the hospital since it is just a few steps away. The service was average and good quality. The prices for some sandwiches were a bit expensive, but obviously you pay for the convenience and close to the hospitals. Unfortunately, there were a few too many crumbs and napkins on the floor in the restaurant. I understand that those who leave these residues are rude, but a quick clean makes the sight more acceptable to those who enter.

I go there every time I'm in the area for some reason. The place is located in front of the S. Anna Hospital in Turin, a busy area. It's the only one in the area adjacent to the hospital. Inside, the space is quite small, with only a few seats available, which are usually always occupied, so it's normal to consume your meal standing at the counter, which is also cramped due to the various items on display. On the other hand, the coffee is good, and there's a wide selection of croissants, sandwiches, and tramezzini. It also serves as a snack bar. Adjacent to the sidewalk, there's a covered outdoor area with about twenty seats. Parking is difficult, if not impossible, but there's a paid parking lot just a few dozen meters away, almost directly opposite.

09/02/2026: We had dinner and I'd like to share our experience honestly. The staff was truly kind, helpful, and attentive: you could tell they care, and we really appreciate that. Management is new, and they're still finding their groove, so this isn't meant as destructive criticism, but rather as constructive feedback. We ordered three sandwiches, five skewers, and fries. Unfortunately, the skewers arrived frozen in the middle, and the sandwiches were cold and partly raw. The bread was also quite hard. I ate half of my sandwich before the waitress, who was truly kind and thoughtful, took it back to the kitchen to cook it better and reheat it. Once it was fixed, it was good, but I think it lacked a bit of flavor. The other sandwiches also had the same cooking and temperature issues. The fries, on the other hand, were very good. We appreciate the small discount we received and the staff's willingness to try to remedy the situation. Full speed ahead: I'm sure you can only improve! Thanks again.
31/10/2025: What a wonderful discovery! A truly charming place, tastefully decorated: it exudes warmth and a homey feel that, at least for me, makes all the difference. The waitress, even though she was a novice (I think), was very kind and polite. The burger was really good; you could tell it was high-quality. My only complaint: the prices seemed a bit high, but overall, it was a very positive experience!

17/10/2025: Really, really good pizza. Extremely friendly staff. Our weekly fix for the past many years. It's a shame that the recent increases are so significant, even though I understand the need to adjust prices. It's truly a shame to be forced to give up this long-standing habit.
