Café Teatro In Verona

We had a great cappuccino right by the Ponte Pietra! The bartender was friendly, and it wasn't a problem that we both used the restroom. It's a squat toilet, like many used to be in Italy, but it was very clean.

The two girls were very friendly. The Aperol was well-mixed, tasted delicious, and was available for under €4. 🧡 There are a few seats outside (where I sat) in a small space, but it's naturally a bit noisy there, right next to the street. The restroom, which I wanted to use before leaving, is pretty disgusting and a squat toilet, to boot. 🥴 I decided to go somewhere else instead...

My experience was not similar to what was described in other reviews. I see a lot of 1 star ratings and have to say otherwise. I went twice actually, first time for a cappuccino — perfect location, great for people watching. The service was good and friendly. When finishing our walk, I came back again and was able to fill up my water and use the bathroom. Again, good location, very comfortable to watch people walking or biking by.
