We liked this place. The service was very good. We ordered hot chocolate, which was delicious, and Sacher torte. I don't think that torte was that great, but that's not the place's problem, it's my taste.

We took a seat inside and, as a good tourist, we already knew that the price of sitting at the counter changes, even if the staff warned customers of the difference in cost.
So 1 cappuccino, 1 coffee and 4 biscuits 16 euros and something.
It must be said that the cappuccino was fantastic and the biscuits really good, the only thing I feel like reviewing is the environment that needs to be renovated and unfortunately the bathrooms which in Pisa smell and are really poorly maintained, in all the environments I frequented.

Don't understand the bad reviews. Most of the time they complain about the price and the toilet. You just sit right at the tower. The shop was packed, but we still received our coffee very quickly. In terms of taste, it was the best coffee I've had in Pisa so far. Toilets are full because every tourist is traipsing into the store to go to the toilet. The eclairs taste very good👍 Everything was great.
