Cafe Novantaquattro In Praiano

Nice little cafe restaurant near the bus station in praiano.

During my stay in Praiano, I dined twice at this local gem of a restaurant. It has a small menu and during my first visit, I couldn’t decide between two dishes. So, I had the lemon risotto the first night (yummy) and a couple of days later, returned for their lasagna. Both were excellent and paired nicely with the wines they offered. It’s a busy local restaurant near the bus stop, with folks stopping in to get a drink or chat with the owners. It is small, with a handful of tables inside and outside (… a couple of the tables a matter of inches from the road; you can reach out and touch the buses as they pass by!) Check the restaurant out if you’re in Praiano! I know you’ll enjoy your meal.

We came for coffee and breakfast, everything was very tasty. Highlights for us were the avocado toast, the marmalade croissant, and the cappuccino. The staff was very friendly and fast, especially considering how busy they were.

Had a wonderful lunch here and it was just delicious. We had the lasagna and the lemon ravioli accompanied with, of course, the house red wine.
