For me their Cream Bombs are the best I've eaten in Rome, but lately I haven't found them anymore, sometimes there are fried croissants, same dough, even more cream, delicious. The Specials are excellent and change frequently, currently there is a Super Tiramisu chest complete with a pump filled with coffee to add as you wish. There are often new yeasts to try. The puff pastry pizzas with plenty of tomato are amazing. They also make pancakes in both sweet and savory versions, but they don't convince me. I didn't like the classic toast, too thick slices of bread and too little filling, but there are many other savory options with imaginative fillings. Adequate venue with seating inside and out. A place to go for a delicious breakfast, but also just for an excellent cappuccino. Easy parking on nearby Via Ostiense.

Small but very welcoming place. The first thing that strikes you is the wonderful display case full of delicacies. I went there with some friends of mine for brunch and it far exceeded our expectations. Everything was delicious and the staff was super friendly. Excellent for those looking for a place that pays attention to vegan/vegetarian tastes and especially for those who, like me, are lactose intolerant. It rightly costs slightly more than the usual one, in my opinion perfectly calibrated with the quality of what they offer. We promised ourselves to return and try everything we didn't eat on Saturday. Looking at the photos makes me hungry again. Highly recommended!

Avevo letto della qualità del Café Merenda e già da tempo volevo fargli visita per una "diversa" colazione. Stamattina siamo riusciti ad andarci. Ed effettivamente la fama è meritatissima; sfogliati fragranti, gustosi, scioglievoli, profumati. Abbiamo scelto un Cruffin con un ripieno di crema e caramello e un pain Suisse al cioccolato veramente da leccarsi i baffi. Sicuramente da ritornarci. Cordiale il personale; prezzi adeguati all'alta qualità dei prodotti.

Ottimo bar per la colazione che propone paste alla francese davvero ben fatte e sempre fresche. Non do 5 stelle perché il prezzo è considerevole, 6 euro una brioche, per quanto buona, è un po' eccessivo.
