Ho cenato presso questo ristorante con care amiche....location molto bella e ben curata in una piazzetta a Mazara....cena a base di pesce ottima, personale gentilissimo e un grazie di cuore al proprietario, persona veramente gentile e cordiale.....da ritornare assolutamente!

...a delicious dinner with friends in this beautiful restaurant....very beautiful, evocative and well-kept location in a small square in Mazara, excellent service and fish-based dishes......and heartfelt thanks to the owner very kind and friendly person.....absolutely coming back!

What can I say…. Very nice location especially the inside of the place Excellent food, scary raw!!! Very good service and the gentleman who takes the orders also gives good advice The price is honest and fair both for how the food is cooked but above all for the freshness of the products. Highly recommended!!!!!

An intriguing context in a lovely little square on the border between Casbah, Ghetto and Sicilian style; Ciccio, the very nice and competent chef as well as an expert guide of the neighborhood, generous with advice that enriches the taste of the walks; a proposal of typical Sicilian dishes and North African influences with quality, tasty and refined ingredients. We had dinner with fish couscous, Busiate Funduq with bottarga, prawns and pistachios, raw red prawns and beccafico sardines, all excellent. A final gift from Ciccio with a taste of pasta with sardines, never eaten before and exceptional! And to conclude, applause for the playlist, Italian author music in the background... We can only recommend a stop at Funduq Cafè, we will be back! Hi Ciccio and thank you.

30/12/2024: One certainty...I have known this bar for 35 years and you always find the arancini hot and crunchy. Very friendly staff, prices in line with the average in the area.

27/10/2024: We went to this place on recommendation, to have a quick lunch, so without any kind of particular expectations, in reality it turned into a Sunday lunch with a familiar atmosphere and quality of food. Typical dishes cooked very well and of high quality, very courteous and helpful staff, welcoming environment, a special thanks to Mr Gaetano, definitely worth trying again. P.S the top connolo!!!
