09/08/2025: I was a bit taken aback, unfortunately. We went to dinner and I sensed a great rush, though not all the waiters, I should point out. In just over 40 minutes, we'd finished everything. That's not something I personally appreciate. We had the veal with tuna sauce, which was delicious. The cheeses were good, but cut without any love. I'd ordered the ficchetti as a first course, but since I wasn't hungry anymore, I asked if it was possible to skip them (while we were finishing the appetizer), but they were already in the pan. They looked as beautiful as the photo, but unfortunately, they were bland and lacking a hint of salt. Good pizza. Prices were quite high, but since it's a trattoria centrally located near the ski lifts, that's understandable. Bread was included in the bill, but we didn't ask for it. I recommend letting them know. My compliments, however, go to the gray-haired waiter, whose name I don't know, the same one who works on the ski lifts. If you read this, you were truly courteous.
