Café and restaurant in the town of Gaby, located in the central area of ​​the town. Quick and courteous service, prices in line with the Aosta Valley area. Large courtyard in front with well-kept lawn: tables in the shade and deckchairs in the sun.

Siamo stati a pranzo e tornati a cena... E ci torneremo. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene! anche il pane e l'olio ottimi... Il dolce delizioso.. come tutto d'altronde. Complimenti ragazzi

We stopped there on our way to the hotel because the reviews were good. We spent a wonderful dinner. The eggplants, the tartar and the gnocchi were amazing. The chef also cooks the deserts himself and we ate a delicious cheesecake. The price is a bit expensive but I still recommand this place because it's so good. Besides, the staff is friendly and caring.

Il posto ci è stato consigliato dal Relais in cui alloggiavamo. Stanzetta intima con una caldissima stufa che ci scaldava dalla neve, tipica ma comunque raffinata. Qualità più che buona, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale super accogliente e gentile. Straconsigliato!!! PS: non perdetevi il lardo con le castagne al miele: superlativo!!!

10/08/2024: Very nice staff, nice burgers and very good fries. I recommend it for those who are passing through or returning from the stream, it puts you back together after a day in the sun
10/08/2024: We only stopped for a coffee just before closing on our night ride up the Great St. Bernard Pass. Eleonora welcomed us with a smile (and an excellent coffee) even though she was already doing the cleaning at the end of the day. Nice and young atmosphere: absolutely worth stopping when passing through the Aosta Valley! To Eleonora, also from Antonella, the best wishes for her new path: well done!!!

Les neiges d'antan

12/07/2024: What a wonderful location and a wonderful hotel with a special and warm-hearted owner. Great in terms of service; just order a drink and they will make it a party. You get a special table in the restaurant and if you ask for a Grappa, you get a cousin's Grappa. The fireplace is lit for you even if you are the only guest in the bar. You feel very appreciated.
17/05/2024: The stay was perfect. Thank you again for the wonderful experience at the Les Neiges d'Antan hotel. Immersed in nature a few km from Cervinia, it is an extremely refined charming place, furnished with personal taste in every part, and at the same time welcoming as if you were staying with family. The cuisine is excellent, the breakfast is rich and plentiful. The lounge bar has a rich collection of vinyl records and invites you to relax and socialize. A special note of thanks goes to the staff who pampered us from our arrival until our departure. Mrs. Deborah, Lorenzo, the very kind lady in the breakfast room/restaurant. All impeccable. Thank you with all my heart
