Estuvimos parando en Varenna por unas noches, así que usamos la extensa red de ferrys para visitar más pueblos alrededor del lago que incluía este en mennagio. Hermoso lugar con este café que tenía asientos al aire libre con vistas a la plaza pavimentada. Tuvimos un peroni cada uno a € 5 , luego un panini de jamón & ensalada de queso a € 7 cada uno servido por personal amable.

Ci siamo fermati io e mia moglie a mangiare un panino a pranzo. Ottimo sia il toast che la focaccia ligure. Accompagnati da due prosecchi.

15/09/2025: Tourist trap 🧐. The lady who clears the table is the only one who's attentive. Pizza from the freezer. Pasta was extremely oily. Coffee was OK. Enjoy the wait. I'm annoyed we fell for it 🤦🏻‍♂️

It reminds you a bit of the brasseries of Provence. The attentive staff and the good food in a summer lunch stop together with guests of various nationalities.
