It was the second time that I stepped foot in this restaurant, together with my husband, precisely because we were fascinated during our first experience there. The rustic location, with the terrace covered by vines, impeccable service, very friendly staff and owners, and a diverse menu. The food is simply delicious.
We will gladly return there every time we are in Stresa. I highly recommend it to all visitors/tourists. The opportunity to dine here should not be missed.

We chose this place to eat lunch during a trip to Stresa. We were attracted by the lovely covered space outside, under a vine and some lanterns. We tried the cold cuts and cheese platter, the carbonara and the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms: everything was very tasty and well cooked. The service was also good, the staff was helpful. The prices are average for Stresa, but I personally find them excessive (especially the cost of a bottle of water, 4 euros). Another small flaw, the slowness with which we were served. In any case, I recommend it if you are in the area and are looking for a good place to eat.

After reading reviews on here decided to give it a try. The reviews are accurate ! 6⭐️ if I could. Excellent spot, away from the hustle and bustle, Very nice & pleasant staff, including one who corrected my rubbish Italian, thnx, But most important, incredible food. Think I’ve died and gone to heaven !

This place was really cosy and nice! The food is incredible and the staff is really friendly! Went there almost everyday of our trip to Stresa. My fav dish was the carbonara, amazing!!

Trip to Stresa, after a quick drink in the square of Stresa this restaurant was recommended to us.
Very kind staff, including the really helpful owner.
Excellent food, risotto with perch, gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts... appetizer with Ossola products accompanied with a caramelized onion jam and finally a homemade tiramisu... all very good.
Prices normal. The location is characteristic.
It's definitely a place to come back to.
Even though it was Saturday evening, it was not necessary to book as the service was quick but attentive.
