This restaurant (Osteria Degli Amici) is located in the center of Stresa. The food was very good (flavorful, and the pasta was perfectly cooked), but the portions could have been a bit larger. The service was okay. They weren't friendly, but they weren't unfriendly either. The ambiance, however, is fantastic. You sit outside in the center of Stresa, and the chairs and tables are all very stylish.

The service is efficient. The food arrived fairly quickly but was a bit bland. We found the portions too small for the price and almost disappeared into the fancy plate.

Tried this place with Fabio's friends and we really enjoyed it
The food was delicious and varied, with vegetarian options available
The homemade bread and fresh pasta are definitely worth trying, and the service was excellent
Egidio is such a kind person who truly cares about all the customers
Yana, together with the rest of the staff, is a great support when the restaurant gets busy

A very charming restaurant centrally located in Stresa with a few tables under the pergola (be sure to sit there rather than outside). The food was delicious, especially the meat, which is highly recommended, and the wine was also very good. The service was very attentive and polite.

A wonderful experience in Stresa! The restaurant is friendly, with attentive and friendly service from start to finish. The food was excellent, especially the spaghetti alle vongole and the tomato sauce, just as you would expect in Italy. A place I highly recommend!
