Cafe Campiglio In Pinzolo

We spent a wonderful week in February 2026 at the Cristiania Hotel. The hotel is located close to the Pradalago cable car and the city center. The starting position is therefore absolutely perfect. We stayed in a family apartment at the hotel, without accompanying services. However, we could use the wellness for a fee. The apartment was fully equipped, clean. I must especially highlight the services of the staff, who were very helpful when my daughter got lost on the ski slope.

Mixed feelings about the place. The good: Very good pillows and mattresses. Very good breakfast has everything, including freshly pressed orange juice and freshly pressed carrot juices. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Ski room was good, every room having their own private box for boots, skis and snowboards, but the place is a bit narrow, so when there are several groups at once, not enough space. My friends couldn't get into the room anymore, as the battery of their door was down and hotel fixed it within 1 hour (bad that it didn't work, but they really solved quickly). The bad: Insulation even in renovated rooms is not the best and room doors do not have soft closers. You can hear people talking through walls and others just let go of their room doors when leaving so they just smack with a lot of noise. You need to leave your car keys at reception during stay - hotel policy. Very strange, first time in my life, I still do not understand why they would need to move my car when its parked in the first line or in the corner. I understand that people who block others or park on a second line should leave their keys, but not everyone. Wellness area is not big and you need to reserve and pay separately 10 Euros per person. Again, mixed feelings, it is partially good, otherwise if it was free everyone would go there non-stop and there would be too many people. On the other hand sauna in skiing area hotels should be free, so something to think about. Overall the price/quality ratio is good.

We liked the hotel, even though we read the reviews and were worried it wouldn't be as good. I don't know why the rating is so low. The rooms are in good condition, although they're not new, but they're clearly well-maintained. The plumbing is excellent, and I really liked the mattresses and bed linens. I'm very picky about that. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. Yes, the breakfasts are a bit meager, but that's always the case in Europe. The location is excellent – ​​centrally located and 100 meters from the ski lift. We really enjoyed the spa – a Turkish bath, a classic sauna, and a salt relaxation room. Everything is new and beautiful. There's a great beer pub nearby. The restaurants are mostly above average, but we knew where we were going.
