Excellent Carbonara! The pasta is al dente, the pancetta is crispy, the sauce is in moderation, generously sprinkled with cheese and black pepper. The service is fast. Young guys are working and the boss is circling around with a smile on her face.

Situada en Trastevere, por calidad le daría los 5 puntos pero... Si haces una reserva y te apuntan incluso en un libro de reservas.... Y cuando llegas a las ocho en punto, hora de la reserva además de hora Punta para cenar y te dicen que te pongas a la cola, mosquea y bastante. Sí no vas a guardar esa mesa mejor dilo y ya veo lo que hago pero no me hagas reservar y ponerme a la cola después, y más con la cantidad de gente que había. No obstante al insistir en que habíamos hecho reserva nos acoplaron pronto, pero el cabreo ya lo había cogido 🥵 Los platos estaban bastante buenos y el personal fue rápido y amable, la única pega es lo ya comentado.

Simple place but excellent Roman food and friendly and professional staff, they give you excellent advice, reasonable prices. Highly recommended

Good typical Roman dishes. Decent portions... the side dishes are a bit minimal. Prices appropriate to the quality offered. Unfortunately, only outdoor seating is available, which is why prices are probably lower than restaurants that offer indoor seating. Recommended in mid-seasons.

23/06/2024: Much better than the standard pasta from the samey samey restaurants in the main streets. This is proper pasta with proper flavour. My daughter is fussy about pasta and got stuck in! It is reasonably priced, cooked to order and fresh. Food was very tasty and hot. Only issue is limited seating, but we just waited 5 minutes! Would highly recommend
18/01/2024: Abbiamo preso 2 carbonare e 2 bibite, ottima pasta fresca di qualità a buon prezzo, solo 7,50€ una carbonara... Pochi posti a sedere perché è un locale da asporto (non c'è il bagno)
