Cacciani In Frascati

Located in a location with a stunning view of Rome, this centuries-old restaurant is a must-try if you want to eat well and make a great impression. The menu is frequently updated with seasonal products, but some traditional staples remain, like their absolutely must-try cacio e pepe. The desserts they prepare with care and love are also noteworthy. I recommend the zuppa inglese if you can find it, because it literally sells out quickly.

Our son's graduation dinner on July 24th on a wonderful terrace with a truly lovely atmosphere. The chef was superb and the staff was extra helpful. As a surprise, they even delivered a wonderful cake from the pastry chef! Superb! Marina Morelli

On Saturday evening, my husband and I had the pleasure of dining at this lovely restaurant. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, and the panoramic terrace is stunning. We were greeted by everyone with the utmost kindness. We were served by Massimiliano, who was exquisite! Since it was our first time at Cacciani, he guided us through our menu choices, offering excellent advice. He was always available, helpful, and never intrusive. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was wonderful because the location is beautiful, the food excellent, and the hospitality perfect. Yet, at the same time, nothing felt "stiff." Since our daughter was born, dinners as a couple are rare, and we're happy we chose Cacciani to spend a few hours together. We had a wonderful evening. We felt at home. Thank you so much ♥️

Panoramic view, kind and professional staff, excellent food, shame about the small portions (especially in relation to the price) and a bit slow service

Too bad that in summer the place is too hot and the fans are insufficient!!! For the rest the environment is very nice and with a nice terrace!

Everything was delicious, but I was especially surprised by the polpettone. It was juicy, yet crispy on the outside. It wasn't hard and crunchy, but had a light crunch that added a nice accent to the dish, which I was impressed by. I think it's a dish worth paying to eat at a restaurant. We had a large group, so the service slowed down halfway through, but the waiter didn't forget about us, and even though he was busy, he didn't neglect to call out to us, so we were able to eat without worry. From the photos, it looks like a neat restaurant at first glance (and it really is), but there were many customers with children (ranging from 1 to 10 years old), and the staff were very kind to them, so it seems like a place where you can come without hesitation even if you have small children.

Simply fantastic place as well as the staff, the food is exquisite, the manners a rare mix between genuine and highly professional and the unique environment! Appreciated as much by foreign colleagues as by me, a Roman. I highly recommend and hope to return soon!!

Sedersi per pranzare in questo locale e' un immenso piacere. In cucina conoscono perfettamente il loro lavoro e usando materie prime di qualita' propongono piatti deliziosi Ti alzi dal tavolo consapevole di aver mangiato benissimo e senza quella piccola sensazione di pesantezza (anche se si e' ecceduto). A gusto personale ho trovato stupendo il maialino cotto a bassa temperatura, gli intramontabili cannelloni e le puntarelle con alici. Servizio attento e premuroso.

Accoglienza gradevolissima e professionale, ambiente ampio e con una splendida vista su Roma , pet friendly senza problemi ( mi è stato proposto tavolo in sala tranquillo e subito acqua per lei). Volevo provare la cucina romana non mangiando carne e salumi : carciofo alla giudia bello e squisito, tonnarelli cacio e pepe ottimi e ben conditi in giusta quantità, fritto di verdure fin troppo abbondante ma buono con un delizioso fiore di zucca con acciuga. Veramente un’esperienza piacevole che ti lascia la voglia di tornare. Prezzo all’altezza del servizio.
