Super experience at the Cacciani restaurant. A place that exudes an elegant tradition, comfortable and pleasant service, punctual without long waiting times. Start with a typical platter to taste the local products, assorted and good. Tonnarelli cacio e pepe very good, tasty without being too much. SPECTACULAR cannelloni with meat sauce, right portions, balanced in taste. But the truly incredible thing were the desserts, three for two people. Black cherry trifle, cream millefeuille, some of the best tiramisu I've ever tasted in five years of visiting starred restaurants or in the Michelin guide. Fair bill, willingly paid for the great experience. Try it!! You won't regret it

Excellent welcome and service, delicious dishes

Retro style but elegant atmosphere. The terrace and the window overlooking the outside are very beautiful. The service is the right mix of professionalism and a bit of friendliness that makes you feel at ease. The platter is good, the carbonara is exceptional

If you are within even 100kms of this restaurant you MUST go. Hands down best lunch ever but also the service was so good it was almost unbelievable. We left feeling like we had gained an amazing uncle with all the smiles, and advice, even free little tidbits that we “must try”. Then add to that the owner (the grandson of the incredible chef who started the restaurant more than 100 years ago). My husband received a companionable shoulder squeeze hello soon after entering. Smiles all around. THEN stopping by during our lunch to tell us a little history before handing us a free book made for their centennial in 2022. Just WOW Obviously it has a Michelin star so the food is going to be incredible. We had roast pork entree to share, my husband a Sea bass dish that wasn’t on the menu (another great assistance from our waiter) and I had the steak. My husband usually isn’t a big seafood fan so I was surprised he asked “do you have any fish dish you can make”. The fish came in a tomato base sauce that you could drink by the glass and ALSO came with a plate full of shell fish which my husband usually doesn’t like at all. Much to my surprise he ate every last piece. So understated, so flavoursome. My steak was cooked to perfection and the rock salt on the side just made it memorable. But THEN! We asked what the 8 Euro “dessert” option was on the menu. They had 4 options. First Tirimasu (husbands favoured) so he chose. Second was a Mille-Feuille that was so light it defied physics so that was my choice! Then my husband made the mistake of asking what the other 2 options were. Apple pie and Trifle, OH NO our second 2 favourites!!! We had NO choice but to order those to take away for after dinner tonight (although they may be dinner because I am SO full). Cacciiani - thank you for our amazing experience. You had set the standard for what excellence really means .

Locale storico "di padre in figlio " nel cuore di Frascati, la location ha un bel affaccio su Roma , la sala ha un arredamento un po datato ma veniamo al cibo......nulla da dire sulla materia prima buono il pane nero alla provatura e un lode piena alla cacio e pepe, ottimo il carciofo alla giuria e la torta di mele accompagnata con crema al mascarpone, si sentiva la cucina fatta con amore ed i valori della tradizione, l unica pecca un po di attesa ma essendo kl locale pieno ci sta. Da provare sicuramente la sera al tramonto con visuale su Roma.

Always a pleasure to eat at the Cacciani restaurant. Always perfect quality and service. The crostini and the meat are excellent too. Absolutely worth trying!

Historic restaurant in the castles. Local food all very good with fair portions. I cannot express an opinion on the value for money as I was a guest.

Recommended by friends, we decide to have lunch at this restaurant. What can I say: we were thrilled as soon as we entered!!  The setting is very beautiful, and the panoramic terrace overlooking Rome, where we had lunch, is spectacular. An excellent welcome from all the staff and no less from the managers: all very kind. They immediately put us at ease, allowing us to spend some very pleasant time with a couple of friends. The dishes were all excellent: tonnarelli cheese and pepper, mezze sleeves all'amatriciana, the cold cuts platter and the squid ink crostini with a cream of anchovies and cheese. We ended on a high note with Mrs. Caterina's desserts: stratospheric!! I've never had trifle like this, but the hazelnut and pistachio semifreddos were no exception! as wine we took an ecological wine produced by them. What can I say: we can't wait to return to this restaurant!!!

Beautiful venue, beautiful panoramic terrace. We dined inside given the current climate. Impeccable service, everything perfect.
