Cacciani In Frascati

Recommended by friends, we decide to have lunch at this restaurant. What can I say: we were thrilled as soon as we entered!!  The setting is very beautiful, and the panoramic terrace overlooking Rome, where we had lunch, is spectacular. An excellent welcome from all the staff and no less from the managers: all very kind. They immediately put us at ease, allowing us to spend some very pleasant time with a couple of friends. The dishes were all excellent: tonnarelli cheese and pepper, mezze sleeves all'amatriciana, the cold cuts platter and the squid ink crostini with a cream of anchovies and cheese. We ended on a high note with Mrs. Caterina's desserts: stratospheric!! I've never had trifle like this, but the hazelnut and pistachio semifreddos were no exception! as wine we took an ecological wine produced by them. What can I say: we can't wait to return to this restaurant!!!

Beautiful venue, beautiful panoramic terrace. We dined inside given the current climate. Impeccable service, everything perfect.

Impeccabile, sotto ogni punto di vista. Pulito e arioso sia dentro che nella splendida veranda con affaccio sulla capitale. Personale di rara competenza, mai invadente; socievole e prontissimo. Provati dei crostini di coratella sublimi, come le fettuccine ai galletti, di una callosita' estatica. Non potete perdervi il pollo alla cacciatora e l'abbacchio scottadito, di una morbidezza unica. La zuppa inglese chiude in bellezza. Prezzi onesti, per le bontà che si gustano. Che dire? NON CAMBIATE MAI E COMPLIMENTI.

Location storica e formale a gestione familiare dal servizio professionale. Terrazza con vista panoramica su Roma ma da molto lontano. Piatti tipici dei Castelli Romani dalle ricette di famiglia di buona fattura e con prodotti freschi e di qualità.

We organized a business dinner at the Cacciani restaurant with a previously agreed menu. We had a great time, they treated us very well from the beginning with an excellent appetizer and aperitif served on the terrace overlooking Rome. We continued with a trio of Roman pastas (carbonara, cacio e pepe and amatriciana), followed by crusted veal with sautéed chicory and truly excellent baked potatoes and finally the amazing house millefeuille. We spent a lovely evening with pleasant and friendly but equally professional service. The venue speaks of the history of the family and is very well looked after and very large as it certainly hosts events. Sincere congratulations, we will definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AND.

Phenomenal service and food! The fact it is the oldest restaurant in Frascati makes it that much better.

The location is beautiful, but the menu is poor in choice, absolutely normal dishes, even in presentation, no particular proposal.

Historic restaurant with a traditional offer. The dishes and the environment are very traditional and classic, but you are on the safe side due to the quality of the raw materials and the experience in preparation. Another positive note: the prices are, in my opinion, proportionate.

SPECTACULAR The best restaurant in Frascati the service is top notch I recommend trying the oil they make. As for the hotel, spectacular views, simple but well-maintained and above all spotless rooms. the only flaw is the breakfast, little space and very sparse, it clashes with the high level of the structure but 5 stars is more than you can expect
