SPECTACULAR The best restaurant in Frascati the service is top notch I recommend trying the oil they make. As for the hotel, spectacular views, simple but well-maintained and above all spotless rooms. the only flaw is the breakfast, little space and very sparse, it clashes with the high level of the structure but 5 stars is more than you can expect

Historic place in Frascati and recommended by Michelin. The place is very beautiful, it immediately conveys its long history and has a wonderful terrace overlooking Rome where it is pleasant to eat in the summer. The dishes are mostly traditional, well made, but without any wow factor. The service is very attentive and kind. Having said all this, apart from all the side dishes which are top, I wouldn't find much reason to return just for the cuisine.

Paolo's ability to understand and manage the complexities of an event, of an evening, his dedication and passion for the work he does. The courtesy and hospitality of the staff and the quality of the raw materials expressed in dishes that reconfirm their uniqueness and in new delicious creations only reconfirm the total trust in this family. We celebrated my daughter's graduation on the splendid terrace caressed by a pleasant breeze, feeling at home.

la location e la qualità di questo ristorante sono sempre al top. servizio attento cortese. terrazza con panorama sulla capitale bellissimo. ravioli ripieni con melanzane alla parmigiana, e fettuccine al ragù bianco ottimi. medaglione di vitella in crosta buonissimo. top

Forse è capitata una giornata sbagliata, ma il pranzo è stato una mezza delusione. Carciofi mollicci, primi piatti discutibili e servizio lento; ottimo solo l’abbacchio. Bellissima la terrazza che si potrà vivere con la bella stagione. Molto interessante la carta dei vini.

Ristorante Santa Cristina al Quirinale

16/08/2024: It's one of the best restaurants in Rome! I recommend making a reservation. The menu has a small selection, but the food makes up for it. The service is impeccable, the ambiance is ideal for it is not noisy, the tables have tablecloths that are impeccable, and the food is to die for. We started with the Antipasto Santa Cristina; it has prosciutto, salami, baked eggplant, grilled peppers, and burrata with salmon, which were all superb. We ordered the sword fish with a lemon sauce, and I was surprised by the mild, tasty balanced sauce that complemented the perfectly cooked fish. I tasted my partner's onions and grullere cheese lasagna and fell in love with the taste and by the fact that the pasta was not overcooked. For dessert, we had tiramisu and the panna cotta, which is now my new love. 5* excellent 4* very good 3* good 2* It's not worth it 1* Don't even think about it
14/08/2024: What a cute place and such great service and food! We had made reservations to come here and it is a family owned place and nice to not fall into a tourist trap. The lasagna was delicious and the gentleman taking our order was kind and playful with our kids. The wine he recommended based on my preference was amazing and they had a high chair for children which is always a plus. I would come back next time in Rome.
