Place in the center of Padua offering Romagna cuisine, nice clean environment with tables outside in a quiet location, fairly clean bathrooms, good and quick service, normal salads, piadina, mortadella and decent caciotta

A friend of mine and I arrived, the place was half empty and there were several tables to clear. After waiting for half an hour the waitress came to take the order, but there were no more croissants, at 10.30. After another 10 minutes of waiting we were served. Small portions and slightly overpriced.

The food we had was amazing! We ordered the Piada with fat and the gratinato alla contadina. We were both very satisfied with the dishes we ordered. We will go again. :)

Prompt service in both Italian and English. It certainly helped that the place was almost empty.
Frankly speaking, Finns don't want to pay an extra 5 euros for an Insalata - which is always included in the price of lunch in their home country. And much more plentiful than here. Lettuce, arugula, a few tomatoes. But in the country in the country's way.
And I do make at least as good lasagna myself. Nothing wrong, but no miracles either.

Non lontano dalla cappella degli Scrovegni, questo ristorante ha prezzi abbastanza economici ma bisogna accontentarsi di piatti cucinati senza troppa maestria e di carne un po' dura. Servizio nella media.

Arrivati super affamati a Padova, siamo entrati nel primo locale trovato nel nostro percorso e siamo stati fortunatissimi con Ca'pelletti. Ottimi primi della tradizione romagnola, serviti in locale giovane e molto accogliente frequentato da persone di tutte le età. Prezzi molto buoni
