The pizza was excellent, and when I asked them to remove ham and cheese, the main ingredients of their pizza, the waitress was understandably shocked for a moment. Unfortunately there is only one vegetarian option from which I would have had to remove the mozzarella anyway and that is the usual ortolana. I wanted to dare, unfortunately in Mantua we are still a little behind on plant based options. There are many realities, for example "the almond farm" or "the cashew factory" that offer veg cheeses. I am sure that this offer would also be appreciated by those who are lactose intolerant😉

Very nice place with ample parking, hamburgers with slightly raw baked potatoes, pizza with a rather disappointing dough. I didn't see a menu with salads etc. On the other hand, the service was rather fast and friendly. let's say that it is not recommended for those who are not fond of children who rightly run around more or less freely, therefore it is recommended for those who have children and want to eat in peace while the children play in the dedicated play area both outside and inside. If you can't tolerate children, it's better to go somewhere else

Prima volta al Ca Nova, menù ricco, servizio veloce e gentile, la pizza ha un impasto gradevole e la cottura perfetta, non mangio mozzarella e senza di questa ho potuto apprezzare anche la salsa di pomodoro fresco e le verdure grigliate con patate al forno della mia ortolana, direi un bel 9 alla pizza
