I've been here several times for both lunch and dinner and have been thoroughly satisfied. The quality of the food is excellent: the pasta is truly delicious, carefully prepared and rich in flavor, while the grilled meat is simply exceptional, cooked to perfection, tender, and flavorful. The portions are generous, the ingredients are high-quality, and you can taste the passion for traditional Romagna cuisine. Even the side dishes and desserts lived up to expectations. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, creating a welcoming, family-like atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. If you're looking for a restaurant with excellent grilled meat and excellent pasta dishes, Ca' Erbosa is a choice I recommend without hesitation. You reach Ca' Erbosa by crossing the beautiful Romagna countryside. The restaurant is unapologetically simple, distinctly Romagna, like certain places where substance has replaced appearance. And then comes the meat. The €32 "mutton and grigione"... it's always an unexpected portion, even if you've been there before. A compact, disproportionate mass, something beyond human measure. I. Knew. That's why I insisted—with a certain obstinacy bordering on annoyance—that my guests avoid appetizers and first courses. At first, they looked at me with skepticism, the way you look at someone who's ruining the party. Then, slowly, as the meat diminished without truly disappearing, they understood. They thanked me. Not with enthusiasm, but with the sober gratitude that comes from the evidence of the facts. Despite everything, a doggy bag was necessary. Inevitable. Almost expected. The quality is good, solid, without unnecessary exaggeration. The service is adequate, discreet, and unobtrusive. There's no poetry here, but a kind of material honesty that's rare these days. If you're craving authentic, uncompromising grilled meat, Ca' Erbosa is a sensible choice. As long as you accept that the limit isn't in the dish, but in the person tackling it.

My boyfriend and I were here last night 😊. The food was plentiful and, above all, delicious! 😋🍝 Plus, the waiters were incredibly kind 👏, the place is truly traditional 🏡, and the prices are more than fair 💰. I celebrated my first communion here many years ago, and, to be honest, I remembered it as completely different. But it was a pleasure to return and rediscover this restaurant 💖. Well done! 🎉👏
