A local hidden gem. The restaurant has family-run vibes and is warm, homey, and conveniently placed - about 1 minute from the Cà D’oro vaporetto.
The decor is tasteful and classy but still down-to-earth. The staff are kind, observant, and genuinely want you to have a positive experience.
The food was spectacular and reasonably pieced. I can highly recommend this place to someone looking to experience a true local Venetian trattoria.

Always a pleasant return to Ca' d'oro... which starts with some freshly fried Vedova meatballs and continues with creamed cod with polenta, Venetian cuttlefish and Venetian liver.
Friendly but confusing service given the amount of work.
Compared to last year, I noticed a decrease in the quantity of dishes and a change in the accompanying polenta, which was grilled, in my opinion more appropriate with some combinations (such as creamed cod).
Tiramisu without infamy and without praise.
Prices in my opinion high compared to the portions.

The location is very characteristic because it preserves the features of a historic Venetian trattoria... the cuisine also preserves traditional Venetian dishes... the house meatballs deserve a special mention... the crab tagliolini and tiramisu are also excellent... the guy at the till is very helpful the service girls are a bit grumpy... the only downside is the bathroom outside the room which is not very clean

Beautiful place, discovered by chance while wandering around Venice, at the end of the alley I was attracted by the shop window, the scent of history!
Internally lived up to expectations!
Traditional cuisine, good dishes and more white wine!

The place is great, we came in the afternoon and they open at 6:30 p.m., if you haven't booked, it's better to come as soon as they open, otherwise don't have dinner because it fills up quickly.

One of the best place I have been in Venice. In many places the staff is rude, especially if you are not local. In this place there was a nice girl, I forgot to ask her name, serving us.
The food was good and not with crazy prices.

The place is a historic place, there is an authentic atmosphere and the staff, as well as being young, are very kind and welcoming.
There were two of us without having booked, we waited ten minutes and they found us a seat.
The menu is simple and, in my opinion, this is a very strong point, because the dishes are almost all traditional Venetian.
We ate very well, starters and first courses, we didn't taste the second courses, but we ended the meal with a good tiramisu.
A 5-star place overall, the only flaw that I would like to underline is the price, which in my opinion is decidedly high.
