Very friendly staff. Good food, generous appetizers, and adequate portions of first and second courses. I really enjoyed the pork with almonds, prunes, onions, and sauerkraut; it was as melt-in-the-mouth as I'd hoped. The spaghetti with wild boar ragù tasted good but seemed a bit dry. The casio appetizer was very special.

The welcome was excellent, and we felt pampered by the fireplace and candlelight. The staff were extremely kind and professional, and the food was typical of the Lomellina area, with house-made dishes, excellent cured meats, and delicious pasta with ragù, including the pumpkin gnocchi.

The cost per person undoubtedly depends on what you eat. Very particular environment, Stefano gets 5 stars with honors because he is very good both in hospitality and service. Special and very well-prepared dishes. We definitely recommend!

16/11/2025: It's always a pleasure to return to Trattoria Quaglini, a regular stop for over 20 years whenever you want to eat well, spend time with friends and family in a unique atmosphere, and be greeted, as always, with a kindness that's rare these days. The Quaglini family is a prime example of how to create quality dining, using excellent local ingredients at fair prices. Hospitality is a strong point of this trattoria, with the staff friendly and always available to meet customer needs. Warmest regards to Marco, his son Marcello, and the entire staff.
