Very pleasant surprise. After years I return to this place and I discover that it has changed management and is no longer also a pizzeria. Very interesting menu, dishes made well and with generous doses and with excellent quality raw materials in my opinion. Very kind and friendly staff. Adequate price. I'll be back for sure.

Attratti dalle recensioni ed incuriositi dal menu, abbiamo pranzato ieri in questo ristorante. Gli abbinamenti proposti sono risultati buoni oltre che interessanti, lingua in primis.. risotto cotto alla perfezione. Formaggi molto buoni. Apprezzati sia l’entrè sia i biscotti col caffè. Diversi parcheggi nella struttura, locale luminoso e ben tenuto. Personale molto disponibile e simpatico. Conto corrente con quel che abbiamo mangiato.

Premessa.. capitati per sbaglio.. L’esterno inganna anche tanto, ma una volta entrati l’atmosfera che si respira e il locale in sé, fanno capire immediatamente a cosa si sta andando in contro.. lo staff simpatico, preparato e ospitale, descrive in modo accurato i piatti elencati nel menù! Primo atto di acquolina in bocca! I nomi dei piatti rispecchiano in tutto e per tutto il sapore dei piatti stessi, sapori ben precisi! Secondo atto di aquilina in bocca! La presentazione e i profumi degli stessi soddisfano pienamente gli occhi e l’olfatto! Terzo atto di aquilina in bocca appagata completamente! Gli accostamenti sono particolari e inaspettati, tutti i sapori sono in equilibrio tra loro! Piatti buonissimi! Grande complimenti allo chef e alla sua brigata! CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!!!!!!

From simple ingredients you can create fabulous dishes... The answer is yes At Ca dell'Orto, a simple midweek evening with friends was transformed into an excellent gastronomic experience where dishes reigned supreme in a lovely restaurant located in Bruntino in Almè. We decided to leave it to the very knowledgeable chef Michael thanks also to his experience. We started with a small welcome taste of toasted polenta, burrata, cherry tomatoes and then continued with the appetizers: Soft seafood appetizer, snails bourguignonne, reinterpretation of the classic Pomates and Of with parmesan cream, tuna tataki with peas and Jerusalem artichokes in two consistencies, followed by a fennel risotto with Zola cream and drops of lemon extract, a balance of flavors created from the chef...wow... fantastic,... a braised beef cheek on cream of potatoes and new spinach in its base, we also tasted duck breast cooked to perfection on carrot puree and prunes... We couldn't finish in an exaggerated way with a soft buckwheat cake filled with strawberries to finish at the table with milk chocolate sauce rigorously served alongside the dessert... Compliments go to the service, the waiter was able to enhance each dish in the description, accompanying everything with an excellent wine and Franciacorta bubbles It deserves full 5 stars, I will definitely be back soon...
