A magical place for any occasion! Giovanna and her entire kitchen staff and the staff in the dining room transform a simple and delicious dinner into a unique experience.

A home outside of home! Based on a friend’s recommendation we stayed a week in Ca’ dei Maghi and it was a great experience: Rooms are sparkling clean and have everything you need including a huge terrace with a view over the valley, the breakfast was fresh and of quality food, we also enjoyed the clean and well-maintained pool area every afternoon. And of course, the dinners were absolutely amazing, great food and incredible wines! The most outstanding for us was Giovanna herself, she made us feel so welcomed and at home even though we did not know her at our arrival. We felt like visiting a good friend. She is the soul of the place! For us this place is an absolute gem! Thanks to Giovanna and the whole team for the great week we spend at your place in June!

AN EXPERIENCE TO REMEMBER! Cà dei Maghi is a little corner of paradise in Valpolicella. An enchanting location, nestled among vineyards, with a panoramic terrace perfect for a romantic sunset dinner. The cuisine is authentic yet refined: traditional Venetian dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the bigoli with duck ragù and the risotto with Amarone! The selection of wines, all produced in-house, is also excellent—the Amarone is a true gem. The service was impeccable, attentive, and friendly; we felt truly pampered. The price is fair for the quality. If you're looking for authenticity, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere, this is the place. We'll definitely be back!

I have known Paolo for several years but this is my first time visiting his amazing cellar in Valpolicella. I love his wines and the 2016 Ripasso superior was a huge highlight. Beautiful meal especially my fillet steak infused with Rosemary which was the best peice of beef I have ever eaten. Spectacular views over Valpolicella as well. A truly beautiful experience.

Cà dei Maghi is a truly magical place. The outdoor terrace is fantastic in the evening, as are the dishes coming out of the kitchen. The decor is a bit rustic but welcoming. The service is super attentive. The wines are the house ones, considering that Cà dei Maghi is one of the most awarded labels! The bill? That's also fantastic. And at the end, a complimentary licorice or limoncello is always a delight. It's truly hard to find better in Valpolicella.

We can only review the restaurant, but it deserves every star. Everything was perfect, from the attentive service and cozy atmosphere to the refined dishes. Both the presentation and the taste were impeccable! We had the best tagliata di manzo, wonderfully tender and flavorful. The desserts—panna cotta and tiramisu—were also delicious, the best we've had in Italy. Finally, I want to say that the staff was also incredibly helpful when we needed a taxi. They helped us find one, brainstormed with us, and ultimately arranged a taxi all the way from Verona for us, so we could get home. Truly professional, yet also kind and dedicated people. Thank you!

There are some places you'd rather keep to yourself. Ca dei Maghi is one of them. Our room with a terrace was a dream. The restaurant and the wine list are sure to make your heart sing. Nothing fancy. Authentic regional fare with the friendliest service.

An experience to try and return to! We had dinner in this restaurant surrounded by vineyards and with a wonderful view, luckily given the season on the terrace. The bigoli al torchio wonderful, the duck breast superlative. Excellent raw materials, right choice of dishes with attention to local products and seasonality. A special mention to the presence of gluten-free and vegetarian dishes, which are not the usual "vegetables", both options appreciated a lot because one of the two is celiac and vegetarian, and finding combinations in studied and tasty dishes in Verona is not easy at all. Complete wine list, with the possibility of trying those of the cellar ca dei maghi. A little gem, compliments also to the boys and to Mrs. Giovanna..all attentive and very kind. See you soon!
