I had dinner just today with my family. It's a small restaurant, but the food is truly delicious. I'm speaking from my personal experience, as we had a delicious cheese and cured meats appetizer, accompanied by a delicious gnocco fritto (fried gnocchi), two types of Travagliatina meat (Consolini butcher) and a Florentine steak. Two types of meat that melt in your mouth, cooked rare, like cotton, accompanied by portions of French fries and a bottle of Ca dei Frati wine.
We were lucky enough to meet a rare, super polite and helpful waitress, Alexandra, fantastic!!!

From the outside, it might not seem like a special place. Once I sat down, I began to appreciate the place. We chose a tasting menu featuring frogs. The rice with frogs was delicious. The frittata was also delicious. Paired with a Lugana 'I Frati' white wine. Amazing! The pizza is also interesting. Light dough and crispy edges. For those who prefer a meat-based menu—not the usual meat, but rather the aged variety—this is the place to be. There's a display case at the entrance that's mouth-watering. For dessert, a berry cheesecake that's finger-licking good.

We come here when we want to eat excellent meat, always cooked to perfection, choose from a not-so-extensive but never boring selection of interesting wines, and feel pampered, because Simone and his staff welcome you with warmth and kindness.
Over time, we've also tasted their pizza and specialties like fried frogs, risotto, and frog omelette.
The cuisine is simple but made with passion, the same passion the owner puts into the little details to enrich the experience (four types of salt and two types of oil to accompany the good selection of steaks).
The restaurant is simple, informal, and down-to-earth, but constantly evolving.
The prices, finally, are truly fair!
They also have a good selection of gins, which we'll gladly try next time!
