There are few places like this where you can breathe history. Evocative in winter, sensationally beautiful in summer when you can eat on the balcony of Romagna: below are the hills, and when it's clear, you can even see the sea. You breathe and eat tradition. Zero kilometer products from local producers. We start with mixed cured meats, such as squacquerone cheese from Cesena, baked potatoes and pumpkin cream; if you still have some space in your stomach, crostini with porcini mushrooms and parmesan cream. Moving on to the first courses there is a good choice, my favorites are the cappelletti with ragù and passatelli in broth. As a second course, I liked the sliced ​​beef with mashed potatoes, to which I added the sautéed seasonal herbs. One of the musts is the piadina with which you can accompany all the dishes. There is a great choice of desserts, the apple and custard cake, but also the chocolate and black cherry mousse, it is something for gourmets. There is a good cellar of Romagna wines with labels from Rimini, Cesena, Imola, Brisighella, Modigliana and Faenza. On the menu there is a good choice of Fossa and DOP cheeses, if you have never tasted it, Brisighella pecorino is a culinary orgasm.
