I had a business lunch....nothing exceptional....I was disappointed because the service was slow and imprecise and the waitress was very rude....

Excellent staff, excellent food, and excellent cleanliness. I was passing through with my dad. We had a great time. Risotto alla pilota, cooked vegetables, and dessert were perfect. Best regards, Giovanni.

Delicious pizza and food, very friendly service.

On the outside wall, a plaque identifies the current restaurant as the birthplace of Antonio Ascari, an Alfa Romeo driver from the 1920s and father of the more famous Alberto Ascari, a Ferrari driver and world champion from the 1950s. It should be a typical restaurant, but in reality, except for a few dishes, it offers a rather banal menu. The tagliatelle with duck ragù is good, but the bigoli with sardines is less so. The fried "pessin e saltai" (fish and chips) is awful; the pizza is adequate. Prices are reasonable. On average, it would be two and a half stars... I was being generous.

The pizza was good, but a little burned on the edge, and there was too much oil on top, probably from the truffle cream. The beer selection was rather limited.

Risotto alla pilota or with fried fish and sautéed vegetables are very, very good. Comfortable atmosphere and friendly service. Affordable business menu available.
