I ordered a takeout sandwich and a piadina kebab for dinner with friends. Salman is a true institution in Pavia, and after years in the city, I was finally curious to test its reputation. I must say, my expectations were high, and they were largely confirmed, especially regarding the sandwich: the bread was perfectly crispy and the filling was generous, making it one of the best options I've tried so far. The piadina, on the other hand, was good, but it didn't impress me as much, given that there are superior alternatives for this specific type of kebab in the city. The falafel were also a positive note, which were nice and crispy and flavorful. Overall, the experience was satisfying, and Salman remains a reliable go-to for quality kebab in Pavia.

I tried the new place in the center of Pavia. The staff were very friendly, the piadina was made to order, and the ingredients were fresh. The prices were excellent and fair. Worth a visit!
