Beautiful place and then on the lake

Almost everything was perfect, dinner and breakfast were excellent, but the room we were assigned had a hot tub (the reason for booking), which leaked water on the right side (a considerable amount), so we weren't able to use it. Hidden lights under the doors, non-slip welcome slippers... it's a shame the ones I received weren't, as the right one had a smooth bottom... in fact, I hit my knee on the floor because I slipped. Very kind and cheerful staff... shame about the tub... everything would have been perfect.

We stayed a couple of nights and it was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and perfect for a weekend getaway for two. The location is unbeatable.

Very cute and very functional thanks to its enviable location! Perfect for a stopover or for longer stays, thanks to the shuttle service to nearby beaches.

Excellent location, perfect for a romantic getaway, basic room. It has great untapped potential. It's true that we decided not to take advantage of their romantic packages.

We spent a wonderful weekend at this wonderful hotel, with a beautiful view of Lake Puccini. The hotel staff was extremely kind and always available to answer any of our questions. Massimo was a special person who immediately made us feel at ease. The only downside was that the time flew by so quickly; we would have loved to stay there again. Based on our experience, we highly recommend it; we hope to return again. A heartfelt thank you to Massimo and all the staff.

Private parking, but please note that you must provide your license plate number to the authorities. Simply put, you'll be driving through a pedestrian zone.

Beautiful place, helpful and impeccable staff, shame only about the room, I expected more cleanliness considering it is a suite.... There were ants, the shutters full of dust, cobwebs on the walls.... I was a bit disappointed, apart from that however good and plentiful food, top welcome and wonderful place, I recommend paying more attention to the cleanliness and atmosphere of the room which in photos/videos seemed completely different
