"Immature love says: I love you because I need you. Mature love says: I need you because I love you" This phrase stood out in our room, the soundtrack to our wonderful stay here. Staff for whom 5 stars are few, a truly dream location, a warmly rich welcome and dinner served in the room which cannot be rated given its quality. Congratulations, compliments and compliments but also many thanks.

The welcome with aperitif was very good...good breakfast....relaxing hydromassage...unfortunately the room is not to be considered a suite..(at least ours, I haven't seen the others and I don't judge..) bathroom radiator with rust and mounted in some way...the bathroom door ruined...mosquito nets broken and with dust...the windows ruined with rust and creaking of the series don't open that door (the eye wants its part).....it's not worth the money who ask.....very kind and helpful staff...I have slept in several suites...and I know the difference between this one and the others....

Nothing to say, everything impeccable!

I was given a surprise by my partner, everything can be simply defined with one word... "Fantastic" the location, the staff, the rooms, the service and the position really everything is "Fantastic"

Excellent lakefront location in a very quiet area. Rooms with ruined floors and walls. Bathroom with very large shower but the hydromassage display didn't work. Poorly soundproofed rooms as we heard other people in the suites getting busy😅

I had wanted to come to this hotel for a long time so I decided to take the opportunity to try it as a gift for my boyfriend for his birthday and it was simply an amazing dream! From the beginning I found welcome, kindness, love in what we do, thanks in particular to Erika who was really helpful and very nice, she explained everything to me very well, really professional in everything. I had the Tosca Suite, splendid and with attention to the smallest details, with a wonderful terrace overlooking the lake and a truly beautiful hydromassage. I also found a bottle of prosecco and lots of snacks, fruit and various savory foods, really vast and good. In addition, the writing with petals and the dinner brought directly to the suite based on exquisite, quality fish. Even in the morning, always with unique kindness, they brought us breakfast directly to the suite, and there too with the possibility of choosing between sweet and savory and everything is freshly made and truly delicious, especially the sweet cakes! What can I say, I was satisfied, everything was as I wanted and the expectations I had of this place were all confirmed, even more so and even my boyfriend was left speechless. I will definitely return to see and try other suites and for the kindness of the staff, the beauty and tranquility of the surrounding place.

Fantastic place, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended both for a simple holiday but above all for an escape with your love.

We had a wonderful weekend, the rooms are beautiful and the staff wonderful, really compliments. The truly exquisite food is a full 5 star service. I highly recommend and would always go back!!

What can I say... it was the Christmas present that my wife gave us, giving us some time for ourselves. And it was a good choice. It is really just a few meters from Lake Massaciuccoli, in a place that I would dare say is fairytale-like. The chosen room, called Tabarro after a one-act opera by Puccini, has a hydromassage which is located under the bed and is removable. Possibility to listen to music or films as in higher-end hotels. Welcome drink and truly top-notch, varied and succulent breakfast. It has everything to experience a proper romantic weekend.. I recommend it!

MARVELOUS. High quality staff and excellent experience. From the moment we were welcomed, we found people who conveyed love and passion both for their work and for us as guests. After a good aperitif, inside the private hydromassage tub…. We opted for dinner in the room, which was delicious to say the least. Excellent choice for those who want to enjoy tranquility and those who want to unplug from the rest of the world. Breakfast served in your room where you can choose sweet or savory. We will be back, that's for sure!
