I gave my boyfriend a night as a gift for our second anniversary, and it was a unique experience. Starting with the way we were welcomed. When we went up to our room, we were given a thorough introduction to our evening, including some beautiful things about love. Once inside, we were amazed by the romance that reigned in the room. We were welcomed with a lovely aperitif and sparkling wine. A gorgeous hot tub. We requested dinner in our room, and they brought it without even invading our space. When you book it, you might think it's a bit overpriced for the price, but once you're there, it's a truly beautiful experience, definitely worth it for a special occasion. I highly recommend it.

Starting with the impeccable service and the extreme courtesy and professionalism of all the staff, we were greeted perfectly. The room was splendid, dreamlike. Clean and comfortable. Nothing was missing, meticulously and meticulously cleaned. The aperitif in the suite was excellent, as was the private dinner served directly in the room with the utmost privacy and attention. Torre del Lago is an enchanting, picture-perfect place. I also recommend a visit to Maestro Puccini's house and museum.

We returned today from a night at this hotel. Everything was perfect... kindness, courtesy, and attention were paramount. Total relaxation while maintaining privacy! We had dinner in our room with a small variation, everything was delicious and even too much for two! In the morning we chose to have breakfast in the dining room. Everything was excellent! Since we have a dog, they rightly ask for a deposit that is refunded upon check-out (ours is a small and very good dog). Apart from one restaurant, everything is closed after 7 pm. Which is fine if you're looking for peace and relaxation. What can I say? Even though it's a few kilometers from where we live, we'll be back! ❤️Thank you for everything!

A wonderful experience, one to repeat. The suite has a lake view and is super private. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You can tell them about any allergies and they'll prepare a special menu for you, with no price changes. In the suite, you'll find everything you need, and you can call reception for anything.

THE DREAM! We were literally speechless when the kind lady showed us to our room. They prepared a bottle of prosecco for you with appetizers, all delicious, then explained how to use the hot tub... a wonderful idea to pull it out from under the bed, both space-saving and enhancing the beauty of the room... there's also the option of eating right in your room... they bring a cart, so you can have everything conveniently. We were truly delighted with this experience... thank you to all the staff! Congratulations on what you do... I will recommend it to everyone and can't wait to return.

The staff deserves special mention: Massimo, with his "Ancor Love" energy, makes everything more pleasant and engaging; Eleonora and Luca at reception welcome guests with professionalism and kindness, always available to satisfy any request. Completing the experience is the wonderful and enchanting lake, which opens right in front of the hotel and offers a relaxing view at any time. An ideal place to recharge, for a romantic getaway, or simply to feel pampered. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend gave me this wonderful experience for our third anniversary. She chose the Madame Butterfly Suite, which includes a sauna, hot tub, movie projector, and a private terrace overlooking the lake. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, who were very professional and friendly. We also enjoyed room service, including dinner and breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. To top it all off, we were greeted with a welcome drink. The experience concluded wonderfully with a tasting tour of the Mariani winery in Massaciuccoli, 20 minutes from the hotel, proposed and organized by the hotel. An unforgettable experience, I highly recommend this place.
