We spent a wonderful weekend at this wonderful hotel, with a beautiful view of Lake Puccini. The hotel staff was extremely kind and always available to answer any of our questions. Massimo was a special person who immediately made us feel at ease. The only downside was that the time flew by so quickly; we would have loved to stay there again. Based on our experience, we highly recommend it; we hope to return again. A heartfelt thank you to Massimo and all the staff.

Beautiful place, helpful and impeccable staff, shame only about the room, I expected more cleanliness considering it is a suite.... There were ants, the shutters full of dust, cobwebs on the walls.... I was a bit disappointed, apart from that however good and plentiful food, top welcome and wonderful place, I recommend paying more attention to the cleanliness and atmosphere of the room which in photos/videos seemed completely different

We booked a long time ago to secure a suite at this hotel. The welcome was excellent. The package we purchased was respected down to the last detail. We had a small mix-up, and Massimo and his staff resolved it quickly with kindness and professionalism. The dinner served in the room was excellent, high-quality, and plentiful. We will definitely be back for our next stop. Thank you so much 🤗

27/08/2025: A bit basic, but the pizza is good and the prices are great. We spent a little for what we ate. The waiters could use a little more organization. Hearing people shouting is unpleasant. I'd definitely go back.
26/08/2025: Always the best. The food is good, the price is right, and the welcome is like home after a long time away. Davide is truly great, always doing everything he can to make you feel comfortable. The idea of ​​hospitality is at home here.

15/05/2025: Esta es una pequeña dinamo quant ... gran servicio , la comida era de siguiente nivel Lucca con una carta de vinos de sonido . Hemos estado en Lucca muchas veces y esto es justo ahí arriba con o si no la mejor comida que hemos comido , sorprendidos de ver solo un par de mesas tomadas en este jueves lluvioso . Tiene un buen precio y una gran energía y vibra. Me encantó
25/04/2025: Fantastica esperienza culinaria nel centro storico di Lucca. Il ristorante fa una cucina moderna, rivisitata, fuori dagli schemi della tipica cucina toscana. Abbiamo gustato due primi eccezionali: linguine asparagi e scampi e gigli al ragù di anatra (quest’ultimo veramente particolare e consigliatissimo, anche perché fatto in bianco). Poi al posto del secondo abbiamo ordinato una serie di loro antipasti: pappa al pomodoro raramente eseguita così bene, tartara di ricciola con salsa di brandy e soia e da ricordare soprattutto il polpo grigliato su pane di castagne, salsa verde e stracciatella (di cui abbiamo chiesto il bis). Per finire tiramisù eseguito alla perfezione. Location carina con anche pochi tavoli all’aperto. Personale gentilissimo. Prezzi onesti vista la qualità del cibo.
