Butcher In Verona

We went to eat in this very elegant place, very kind and friendly staff. We took 2 menus and 2 à la carte and I must say that we ate very good and fine meats, we left very satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

May 2025 I recently returned to Butcher, a few months after my first visit, and I must say that it has reconfirmed itself as a truly excellent place. Always easy to reach, a stone's throw from the Arena, with a well-kept and welcoming environment. The staff has remained friendly and professional, and the open kitchen continues to be an added value: seeing the chefs at work is a spectacle! The quality of the dishes is impeccable, from the tender and tasty meat to the delicious desserts. It's nice to find a restaurant that manages to maintain the same high standard over time. Congratulations to all the staff, keep it up! 29/10/2023 Last night I had the pleasure of dining at the "chef's table" practically leaning against the kitchen counter. Super experience......you can admire how good these guys are. 08/06/2022 I had dinner at Butcher on a Saturday night around mid-December. It is located not very far from the Arena, very easy to reach, a very nice place with friendly and knowledgeable waitresses. They made us sit right in front of the kitchen which is open to view and so you can see how the chefs work, I would say very good and super organised! From the starter, to the main course and to the dessert, everything was delicious....the meat is excellent and of good quality. I recommend everyone who is in the area to try Butcher's offerings.

There were places in Verona that made me feel like an imposition as a solo diner, but not Butcher. Service was exceptional and the food was divine. Butcher is passionate about the provenance of its produce and the staff are highly knowledgeable about everything on both the food menu and the wine menu, right down to the best Amaro to finish your night with. Highly recommended 👌

Ristorante specializzato in carne. Capitato per caso, ho apprezzato i ravioli, la carta dei vini ed il servizio accurato. Peccato che non mettano la tovaglia (usa così ?).

Really good meat, first choice cuts of meat. The service from the guys was excellent, very prepared. The environment is very nice, the open kitchen is an extra touch and the three guys who work there are truly incredible, coordination, cleanliness and speed. Otra gran experiencia, los mejores filetes envejecidos maridados con excelentes vinos. Servicio absolutamente superior, bien hecho Max y grandes créditos a los propietarios, Antonio y su hijo, anfitriones superlativos, manos fuera! Si quieres una experiencia de filete / vino en Verona este es sin duda el lugar.

L’esperienza in generale e il dettaglio che in locali come questi fanno la differenza, premetto non sono del posto e non lo conoscevo, mi ha colpito l’amore del proprietario per il proprio lavoro tramite un video in rete, inoltre girando diversi ristoranti c’era l’insieme giusto, tra location menù e prodotti rivisitati, per non rimanere delusi. Oggi dopo diverso tempo mi sono di nuovo ri emozionato per della carne preparata e fatta con amore dove dalla mezzene non si butta via niente, anche i quinti quarti. Bellissima scoperta che sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Verona la metterò come prima scelta assoluta per il pranzo o ancor meglio per la cena. Unico neo, per l’amore e per il lavoro che c’è dietro e per la cura del dettaglio, dall’amous bouche al pre-dessert che in locali come questo, non sono da dare per scontati, forse alcuni prezzi, sono leggermente sottodimensionati, ma non essendo del posto sicuramente sono allineati col mercato.
