Nice place, the meat is excellent, perfectly aged, even the horse carpaccio is wonderful. The only shame is the cooked vegetables; being on a diet, I had to order a cabbage and radicchio salad, but otherwise, it was great. Impeccable service, minimal wait times, clean and well-organized restrooms. The waiter was very attentive. A 10 out of 10.

We were really craving tartare, and this place in Verona completely blew us away. We ordered Wagyu tartare, aged beef tartare, and a spectacular Wagyu bresaola—so delicate and bursting with flavor. The quality of the meat was evident from the first bite: the color, the texture, and the perfect amount of fat. Both pasta dishes with ragu were delicious as well. We arrived after a rather negative experience at another restaurant where they gave us trouble for bringing in our baby stroller. Here, however, they greeted us with a smile and told us to come in without any problem. Overall, it's one of those restaurants you want to return to immediately. For anyone who enjoys quality meat and authentic flavors, it's a must-visit in Verona.

We ordered the tripe and beef tongue to start and they both were incredible and full of flavour! For our mains we ordered the liver and beef tenderloin and that too was full of flavour and incredible! The atmosphere felt like we were in a farmhouse and completely authentic, we loved every moment of our experience! The wine we ordered was from the region and some of the best we’ve had! Excellent food and service! One of the best restaurants in Verona!

Butcher is an excellent restaurant in the center of Verona where you can enjoy excellent dry-aged meat. We had the Butcher Menu, which consisted of meatballs, rigatoni with ragù, Garronese Veneta steak, and tiramisu. The staff was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Very good restaurant! Very good service and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, it didn't give it full marks, as the meat we wanted to order was out of stock, and we were only offered the most expensive cut. While the meat was very tasty, it was comparatively overpriced.

If you love meat, good meat, then this is the place to be. You can choose your own from the refrigerated section, but it's a bit pricey. But you get what you pay for. The (free) side dishes (appetizers and snacks) are also surprising and delicious.
