The food is delicious, and Giuseppe is one of the kindest and most hospitable hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining with!

We had a lovely dinner here while visiting Matera. Service was excellent. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. All our dishes were prepared with fresh tasty ingredients and served with love. My lamb ragu was especially good. Highly recommend.

I went to this lovely restaurant-bistro with a friend of mine. We were welcomed with kindness and care even though we had not booked. I really believe that attention to detail and people is their strong point. The menu offers traditional French dishes but prepared with excellent Lucanian products. We tasted a wonderful fondue accompanied by taralli, focaccia and local bread, then we moved on to the delicious crepes and accompanied with a good glass of wine. Finally, the dessert we ordered was a real treat for the palate. Everything was delicious, a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Prices are in line with the quality and service offered. We will return, with pleasure!

Para nuestra ultima cena en Matera nos había llamado la atención el nombre de este restaurante y las opiniones en TripAdvisor, realmente lo acertamos para llevarnos un buen sabor de este magnifico viaje a la Pulia y Basilicata, Se trata de un magnifico restaurante de una calidad excelente, un chef de primera Agostino y una jefa de sala Isabella encantadora, gran profesional y magnifica relaciones publicas con un gran dominio del castellano que lo ha aprendido por libre, nos hizo pasar una gran velada respondiendo a todas nuestras curiosidades sobre la zona. "Grazie Mille Isabella". Tomamos 1 de Peperone crusco di senise IGP (Tenuta Padi) 2 peperoni essicati all'origine e fritti in olio extra vergine d'oliva) con insalata di pane, miele e ricotta salata, 1 Paris Brest salato di grano saraceno alle rape con alici del mar Cantábrico Calvisius e noci pralinate, 1 de Ferricelli alla cartettiera con Cous Cous di pomodori, datterino giallo confit e pesce spada, 1 Lasagnetta fatta a mano alla salsiccia pezzente con salsa Mornay al Comte e vincotto di fichi (espectacular la mejor Lasaña que he tomado) de postre 1 Mather Gelato cioccolato dello chef, arancia del Metapontino, rosmarino, menta, pralinato alla nocciola, 1 Agua, para beber 3 Calice de Vino Akratos (21.-Euros). TOTAL: 97.- Euros. Magnifica relacion calidad precio, muy muy recomendable. Felicidades por el trabajo bien hecho.

Excellent dinner at New Years Eve

Very nice environment and excellent cuisine, it is located near the historic center a few steps from the Sassi of Matera, extreme kindness of the owner, we had lunch as a couple, tasted the biscuits and two fish-based first courses, all accompanied by an excellent Aglianico rosé . Absolutely worth returning.

Colpisce la grande professionalità unita ad un calore umano ed una passione non comune da chi ti accoglie in sala fino a chi prepara una serie di manicaretti indimenticabili. Una cucina meravigliosa che esalta i prodotti locali della migliore qualità con un pizzico di fusion alla francese. Alla fine rinunci al solito caffè del dopo cena per tenere più a lungo possibile sulla lingua quell'esplosione di gusto del quale si ha goduto fino a quel momento.
