Prenoto per portare mia nipote, residente in Francia, a mangiare una Pizza con la P maiuscola e non la pizza surgelata che ahimè ti propinano le pizzerie a Lyon. Io prendo focaccia con lardo è Douaa pizza ai 4 formaggi. Siccome non ha mai mangiato la farinata optiamo per una porzione da partager. La ragazza che ci serve mi chiede se la voglio come seconda portata, non sapendo i tempi d’attesa opto per averla come prima. Aspettiamo 20 minuti, dovuti al fatto che la cuociono sul momento: buona anche a Douaa piace molto. Pizza e focaccia ottime, non si smentiscono. Conto consono alla qualità. Grazie alla prossima

Genuine and generously portioned food. Friendly and quick service. Popular environment. Speaking with the waitress I discovered the management resulting from a fusion of Sardinian and Bergamo knowledge which I personally find to be a guarantee of industriousness and dedication to the profession. Fortunately, in Italian tourist places there are still small family-run businesses that save us from the prevailing standardization of junk our chic global food dualism. In short, make yourself some mussel pepper and relax.
