Burro e Salvia In Cesena

Excellent starters and very friendly staff. To get 5 stars, two details were missing. First the speck had to be crisped better and then the sauce had to be dried. The ravioli with saffron and courgettes had the dough still too raw and needed to be cooked a couple of minutes longer. Obviously my opinion is that I have no qualifications and I'm just a greedy person.

€30. What can I say, more than a rotisserie I would say it's a restaurant!

Rotisserie with first courses based on "homemade" pasta, all of excellent quality, in particular the baked meat lasagne and cappellacci. The main courses and side dishes are also good. Consumption on site is available, at the tables located in the pedestrian path of the modern shopping center built in the spaces of the former covered market, in Piazza del Popolo in Cesena.

Local inside the central market where they serve fresh homemade pasta and gastronomy also to take away. Kind and nice - a family-run place - we had very good cappelletti in broth and ravioli all'optic. A special mention also for their “Margot” cake. Advised

All very good! It's not a restaurant so you can't expect that kind of service but everyone was friendly and also quite fast (also considering the many people). Absolutely recommended! The desserts are also very good

Ristorantino molto curato all’interno dell’ex mercato coperto a Cesena. Camerieri giovani supportati da uno staff di veterani con prodotti della tradizione romagnola: dai cappelletti in brodo, asciutti, ai passatelli fino alle lasagne. Un ricco menù di secondi, contorni e dolci. Possibilità anche di acquistare prodotti da congelare come appunto la pasta fatta a mano. Ho scelto i passatelli salsiccia e tartufo, con polpette al pomodoro, piadina e mascarpone. Prezzi nella norma.
