"I had the pleasure of dining at the Buriani restaurant and I can say with certainty that it was a simply unforgettable culinary experience! The dishes were a true explosion of flavours, prepared with fresh ingredients and an attention to detail that transformed each course into a masterpiece. Every bite was a feast for the palate, with balanced flavors and bold combinations that amazed and delighted.
But that's not all: the service was impeccable. The staff, with their warmth and professionalism, made the evening even more special, making us feel pampered and at ease. There was a friendly and welcoming atmosphere which completed it
the evening perfectly.
I recommend Buriani to anyone who wants to enjoy a spectacular dinner, which goes far beyond expectations. Five stars are not enough to describe the experience!"

Alessandra and her crew do amazing work!
Our lunch was wonderful, expertly prepared with rare and fresh ingredients and served on beautiful plates in a clean, classy dining room. If you're around Bologna, It Is worth the 15/20min drive.

Splendid evening, impeccable food with ingredients that are "simple" in their own way, but combined together to create dishes of delicacy and balanced tastes in a way that, in my humble opinion, is impeccable. A relaxing and comfortable environment with friendly and attentive service at the same time. A restaurant to try and try again!
The amouse bouche is extraordinary: seaweed croissant with lemon-flavoured ricotta (if I remember correctly), crunchy and soft with a delicate explosion of aromas and flavors on the palate.

The entrance is not that of a restaurant...but the staff is very kind and the food is really high quality!!! All tasty and abundant dishes! I would say Trattoria from times gone by, located on a passing street.... make a reservation!!!!!
