Buriani In Pieve di cento

Quando sono in zona, da anni faccio il possibile per un pranzo qui, senza mai rimanere deluso. Di recente più spesso, in particolare per gli eventi legati al Guercino. Il locale è una trattoria (non ha l'ambizione del ristorante, ma ha più calore), ma elegante (nulla del popolare, del rustico, del campagnolo, niente tovaglie a scacchi), Il servizio cortese senza smancerie, grande competenza nei vini. Si mangia sempre bene, ricette sempre originali senza esibizioni cervellotiche, con qualche vetta. Stavolta mi esalta una tartare (che noia direte voi, e anch'io) ma di cefalo, rape rosse e crema di ostriche. Troppo coraggio per non meritare la mia curiosità, che viene premiata.

A place to absolutely try once in your life, it is not a simple dinner but a culinary journey that is difficult to forget. Value for money in line with what is offered. Trained and friendly staff, if you take the 7-course menu at the chef's discretion you will leave full and satisfied.

Alessandra and her crew do amazing work! Our lunch was wonderful, expertly prepared with rare and fresh ingredients and served on beautiful plates in a clean, classy dining room. If you're around Bologna, It Is worth the 15/20min drive.

Splendid evening, impeccable food with ingredients that are "simple" in their own way, but combined together to create dishes of delicacy and balanced tastes in a way that, in my humble opinion, is impeccable. A relaxing and comfortable environment with friendly and attentive service at the same time. A restaurant to try and try again! The amouse bouche is extraordinary: seaweed croissant with lemon-flavoured ricotta (if I remember correctly), crunchy and soft with a delicate explosion of aromas and flavors on the palate.

The entrance is not that of a restaurant...but the staff is very kind and the food is really high quality!!! All tasty and abundant dishes! I would say Trattoria from times gone by, located on a passing street.... make a reservation!!!!!
