Having taken the 7-course menu for €70, the price-quality is all there. If I can point out some possible improvements, the appetizer and the gnocchi with clams could benefit from a different consistency, perhaps a little more crumble. In the sweet homage to Sacher, the ice cream covered everything.
The mackerel with squaquerone, tagliolini and duck with yuzu were very good for me

This restaurant is one of our excellences, and we are proud of it in Pieve di Cento. On special occasions, such as Christmas with friends, it is now a fixed event! Menu always at the top, with selected and seasonal raw materials, dishes presented with great care and passion ❤️ excellent and impeccable service. Pairing the right wines is an art! I found the cuisine very refined in flavours, delicate and light. The plating is very careful so the dishes are aesthetically very beautiful and also well balanced in the portions.
The added value to this fine dining experience is certainly given by the dining room staff. Never rigid/plastered, it is one of the services I have most appreciated because it goes well beyond attention to the customer's needs: it is engaging in describing the dishes, capable of accompanying the tasting with advice and explanations, enriching in telling curiosities and anecdotes, open to discussion and sharing. In general the professionalism shown is very high. Really, well done Gilberto and Alessandra.

Prima volta in questo Ristorante storico di Pieve di Cento.
Direi una cena piacevole. Antipasti veramente buoni, Baccalà mantecato al latte di capra, ravanelli, caviale di tartufo e verbena, Tartare di ricciola, rapa rossa e capperi.
Uno Spaghetto alla pasta di limone, gamberi rossi crudi e ricotta di mandorle ( purtroppo non legato molto bene ) e un Polpo salsa jerk, patata viola e chips di miglio alla brace ( molto buono ).
Dessert Panna cotta di capra e Sfera di zuppa inglese.

Locale sempre di buon livello,ottimo il servizio al tavolo.
Buonissimi gli spaghetti con cavolo viola e arringa,molto buoni anche i tagliolini con ragù di coniglio,non ho ben capito il piatto dei gamberi con scaglie di mandorla e quenelle di zucca non ai livelli delle altre portate.
