Burgez Go In Bologna

The smash burgers are fabulous! The place is very small, so takeout is best because there's practically no seating.

I returned to Burgez, and as always, it did not disappoint. Thanks to Renato, I wasn't sure what to choose, and he guided me with enviable confidence. He recommended the perfect sandwich based on my hunger, nailing every single nuance of flavor. Thanks to Irene, the sandwich was impeccable. The sandwich was truly well-made, with a perfect balance of ingredients. Soft bread, melted cheese throughout, and the perfect temperature. It was a truly enjoyable evening, thanks in large part to their dedication to what they do. I will definitely be back, and very soon.

The burger was really good, perhaps one of the best I've had lately. The meat was flavorful and well-cooked, nice and juicy without being heavy. The bun held all the filling perfectly without falling apart, and the balance of ingredients and sauces was spot on: you could taste everything, but nothing covered the main flavor. You could tell they put a lot of thought into it; it's not your average burger. I think Burgez is a great place to choose, especially for takeout. The place is really small, with limited seating and basically just stools against the wall. It's not the most convenient if you want to eat slowly, so I opted for takeout, and it was the right choice. You'll enjoy it much more at home or sitting somewhere else. I also liked the fries: they were crispy and well-made. The service was quick, direct, without too much fuss, but efficient. It's clear they're well-organized for the heavy takeout business. The prices are in line with other burger joints in downtown Bologna: not as cheap as a traditional fast food joint, but the quality is decidedly superior. In short: the burger gets top marks, but the place is very small and not very convenient to stop in. Perfect if you want a well-made burger to go. I'd definitely go back, always for takeout. 🍔
