Beautiful restaurant in a sort of conservatory with a lovely atmosphere. Welcoming and very friendly staff. Even though the restaurant was packed, the food arrived quickly. Antonio even fulfilled our request by bringing a dish that was a bit difficult to obtain. EXCELLENT!!!

Personally, we ate well. Reading the reviews, we were quite worried!!! I can only give the service a 1!! We were the only ones in the restaurant initially. I would ask the girl, who isn't a "waitress," next time to have her hair done before service and not in the area near the kitchen, which is in plain view of the customers!!! First of all, the dishes you serve need to be explained... We had the aperitif... But no one explained to us what the things on the plates were!!! The next time you serve a dessert and it goes back to the kitchen for some reason, for a change or something... The plate needs to be changed!!! I was brought it with the cream that was on it completely dirty... When I told the girl not to put the cream back (in my dessert), she exclaimed that it would melt... WHAT THE HECK??? Obviously, if you put it in the microwave (at my request), I know there won't be any cream left... But not a dirty plate!!!! To the young man who provided excellent service, I'd just like to give him one piece of advice: be more cheerful and sociable... The atmosphere, having reservations, whether one or two... Given the less than pleasant temperature, it would have been appropriate to have provided a few extra calories... I'll close by saying that these are mainly suggestions, with full awareness of what happens in the restaurant industry... As a restaurant manager for 18 years!

My boyfriend and I went to Burgerman for dinner on a Friday and the experience was truly perfect. The service was impeccable: the girl who served us was very kind, attentive, and always available, making us feel truly at ease. The food was delicious and the portions generous. The atmosphere is also welcoming and well-kept, perfect for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. The wait time was only 10 minutes, they were super fast! Highly recommended, we'll be back!
