I ordered through Glovo, there was a mistake with the sandwich. I ordered a sandwich without mayonnaise and it was sent without ketchup and with mayonnaise. After realizing this, I called the store where the very kind Karen found a solution and was super helpful.
Excellent service.
P.S. We need more Karens.

The food is excellent and my favorite food, but the service needs improvement, when they gave me the big king XXL it didn't have much sauce, perfect for weddings.

The quality is exactly the same as all the other BK restaurants throughout the country. The only downside was that at lunchtime, only one kiosk was working; all the others were offline. Since the kiosk was convenient for me to browse through the various options (it's now effectively a menu), and I didn't want to wait in line at the traditional cash register, I opted to order via the app. A point of contempt was made for the waiter who, during the delivery process, made it clear that this wasn't his job by almost throwing trays onto the CUSTOMERS' tables (capitalized because that's what we are). A woman at the next table almost got doused in Coke after one of these throws, which I had already noticed during our wait. A word of advice to the managers: "Do quality control checks on your staff on Saturdays and Sundays at lunchtime when the place is full." It's easy to be kind, polite, and helpful with five people in the place; it's better to evaluate when there are 70 or 80 people.

The order was followed by the app with table service, no one arrived and practically after 25 minutes going to ask for details in theory our order had already been ready for ten minutes... food by now cold with the potatoes become rubbery that in reality the child was not even able to eat. The operator replied that they are inactive for table service 😴😴😴

Cleanliness isn't this burger king's strong point.
The food is okay, but as always, the tables are dirty, the chairs sticky, and the bathrooms disgusting.
The girl at the cash register was polite.
