Like BK itself, it's generally average. I've always picked up drive-thru here, and the products have always been delivered hot and fresh. Unfortunately, a few times (fortunately not recently) they've forgotten to put some products in the takeout bag.

I live in Fidenza and work shifts in Reggio Emilia and the surrounding province, so I sometimes stop by this Burger King, sometimes with my husband. We usually have a great time, but last night was a particularly positive experience: I stopped in with my husband after a midnight flight from Castellarano, and we found the staff friendly and helpful despite the late hour and certainly our tiredness. Killy in particular, who, with extreme kindness and patience, was able to find a quick and optimal solution to the lack of ice cream we'd ordered (due to a machine breakdown he was trying to fix). This is truly a case where people make the difference; thank you to all the staff last night, and thank you, Killy.

The truth is that I had a very good experience. The ice machine broke a month and a half ago, and then the fries were pretty awful. The promos and the price were very good.

10/01/2026: The restaurant serves excellent dishes, and above all, it simplifies the experience for celiacs: the entire menu is also available gluten-free and is excellent. I couldn't find any flaws; the first courses were delicate and delicious, and the second course was the guancia (cheek): amazing. The desserts were delicious, and a special mention goes to the fragrant "Mille sfoglie" (thick puff pastry). Definitely one of the places to visit regularly.

03/01/2026: We were lucky enough to find this wonderful restaurant open on January 1st. We enjoyed their warm welcome, savored their specialties, and their exceptional cuisine before heading home. The staff is very kind and smiling, and the girls in the dining room are excellent. The owner is very friendly and approachable. We had a great time! 🤩👍🏻💪🏻
24/12/2025: I stopped by for work. Tigelle with parmesan shavings and tortelli filled with culatello.... Paired with a good Lambrusco. What can I say, everything was delicious. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
