The guy at the drive, Dennis, was very kind and knowledgeable!!

It's been a year since I've been back... What happened? I place the order, no receipt... I alert the staff and they tell me they already have the order, but I also have coffees and I ask... How can I do without a receipt? "Keep the table number," the girl who brings the trays tells me, then she lets me know... I sit down but I don't see the receipt roll being changed from the ordering machine... the food arrives and the drinks are without ice and almost lukewarm. I ask for ice and they bring me a few pieces that melt immediately... The fries with mayo and bacon bits don't even have a miserable fork, at least a wooden one, I eat with my fingers... Oh well.... The atmosphere with messy tables and annoyingly loud music... I HOPE IT WAS AN UNLUCKY DAY OR ONE TO FORGET for Burger King, I'll definitely be back hoping for a total improvement.

Nice to bring small children and have birthdays the food is good the fried I mean especially the consistency then I went there some time ago and they gave me the toast not cooked. To make my personal opinion the chips are preferable to those of Mc but the service is excellent.

Crowded place, only 4 order displays, 3 of which are non-functional, either because the card is out or the POS is disabled. Hot atmosphere, dirty bathrooms... I'll start by saying I don't know if this is probably a temporary inconvenience, as I'm just passing through, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Usual Burger King food.

They've changed staff, and it shows. The food is still good (for its category), but now the staff is friendly, the service is quick, and they finally bring your order to your table.

I'm revising the negative review again. I've never found anything worse in all the years I've been going to this place. Broken air conditioning, replaced by coolers (like fans), 33 degrees as shown in the photo. Ordered the usual menus and slightly cool drinks without ice. We were told it's not available. A Coke Zero and a normal one without a sign of distinction and I was told "I don't know, I didn't make them". Greasy placeholders, greasy tables. I felt a sense of lack of care and degradation. Embarrassing. I can understand a breakdown but not the dirt, that's just unjustifiable.
