I don't mind Burger King as a fast food chain (I think it's better than others, even though I'm no expert). The one in Thiene is nice, and the staff is very helpful. I go there every now and then during my lunch break. Once, they had problems that caused delays, and they immediately apologized, asking if they could do something about the inconvenience. The waiters are always very kind, and the place is clean. The only downside is perhaps the price; they're not exactly cheap, but the average menus are truly substantial. I usually use the app, which has slightly smaller menus at a better price.

I ordered a menu with a crispy chicken wrap without tomato and crispy onion fries, but instead I got a wrap with tomato and onion rings instead of fries. It's not the first time this has happened.

I often go to drive thru, they almost always make you move to wait for your order, which doesn't happen at the competition, and personally I find it ugly and poorly organized, sometimes they even get the order wrong, I go there for the offers they have and therefore for a financial reason.
