We stopped at the drive, slightly painful service, no napkins or straws... no comment especially since we were at the drive.

Fast food, new at that, but all in all better than I thought.

Personally I find the sandwiches of this burger better than those of its competitor a few steps away. In addition to this, over time I have spoken to several people, exchanging a few jokes, therefore the staff appears to be customer-friendly. The environment is really large, located on two floors, of which I attach the video. There is a children's area and I think it is more beautiful than its counterpart. What I like least are the lights which I find too dark and in my opinion, using a very strong brightness does not disturb and makes it easier for customers and then the desserts are the only thing I prefer at MC, perhaps for the wide choice or for the kind of things they expose, it is in fact that mine is intended to be a constructive criticism.

Manual push opening entrance door not suitable for disabled people in wheelchairs, order monitor not adapted, no attention from the staff on priority. Pretty good food. A chain like Burger King should be accessible, which is the reason for the low rating.

Renovated, modern, spacious and clean environment

Quality of the restaurant clearly worsening... During the last visits: - once the drink I had requested ran out - once the dish I had chosen - once the ice cream was finished - once again the games in the children's menu were finished Cleanliness of the room just acceptable, with decidedly dodgy bathrooms. Courteous albeit poorly trained staff, and service a little slow. Disorganization at extreme levels. You can't even finish an order from the kiosk. In short, the impression is that the restaurant is drifting a bit. Too bad, since it's the only BK in the area. Not everything is bad though: the sandwiches are really good, the meat is perfectly grilled and, despite the above, I prefer it to the very organized McD! 😁

In general it's okay, except that it seemed a bit abandoned, not very clean, poor. I would a thousand times prefer going to some pizzeria or trattoria rather than places like this.

Il locale all’interno dispone di diversi tavoli sia nella parte interna (su due piani), che esterna, dove invece è presente una piccola verandina. Gli interni nel complesso sono poco curati. Il servizio è lento e il personale poco attento, anche se cordiale. I panini serviti non sono nulla di speciale anzi sono a mio avviso sotto la media, sia in fatto di presentazione ma sopratutto di gusto. Inoltre nota di demerito non mi è stato possibile ordinare nessun dolce perché non disponibili.
