Fast food sandwiches and wraps with beef, chicken, and some veggie options. Wraps are less filling than they used to be. They often forget to give out more wipes. Drinks are scarce. The bathrooms have been quite clean lately. There are some deals available with the app.

This time I wasn't happy because they didn't give me my complete order.

The experience dates back to January 31, 2026, around 10:30 PM. I went to Drive-Thru and found Alessandro, who served me with kindness, courtesy, and speed. Alessandro was incredibly professional, letting me choose an alternative to a product that wasn't available at the time, making me happy even though they didn't have what I wanted. After a busy and stressful day, finding yourself having to go to a fast food restaurant at 10:30 PM and having someone like Alessandro serve you as if you were the first customer of the morning is truly refreshing, and it's the attitude of a hard worker. Not to mention the care he takes in preparing your take-out bag: everything is always in order, and the food is still hot when you get home! I almost never write reviews, but this time I did. Carmen was really kind and cheerful, even when the place was full. Fast service and a super pleasant atmosphere. It makes a difference to find people like that. Congratulations 🙌🍔

Everything was fine, the rooms were clean, the service was fast, and the service was courteous. Plenty of parking available.

Update 2025: I visited this Burger King on Monday at 9:45 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing in several respects. The place was in a rather unclean condition: overflowing bins, papers and trays left on the floor, and a sticky floor. The overall situation gave off a general feeling of neglect, which is unpleasant for those who have to eat there. Added to this, the heating wasn't working, which is definitely unacceptable, especially in winter. The sandwiches, it must be said, tasted good, but they arrived cold, which significantly detracted from the overall experience. I understand that it may be a late-shift time slot, but that shouldn't justify a dirty and poorly maintained place. With better management of the dining room and internal organization, the experience could improve significantly. I hope this report is taken as a constructive feedback, because there's potential, but the service isn't up to expectations right now. Year 2021: Burger King is synonymous with speed in fulfilling orders, and the sandwiches are killer. They're double the price of the competition, and the ingredients, in my opinion, are "fresher." This place was renovated a few months ago, and every time I go in, I like it more and more. They've made it look less like a classic fast food restaurant and more like a restaurant (I'm talking about the location, not the food).

Like all Burger Kings...it never disappoints.

The last experience on Tuesday 2 December 2025 left me stunned. A Big King served cold, I took two bites but it was inedible (the place was not adequately heated). I pointed this out to the waiter who, instead of replacing the sandwich, had it reheated (I think in the microwave, without having the foresight to remove the salad). It was returned with soggy salad... inedible. What a shame, it was a nice place.
