The shop assistants are a little less friendly, but the owner is a little less so. It's holding up but not improving. Competition is struggling. Ergo...let's be satisfied.

As far as I'm concerned, the best ice cream in Varese is concerned. However, I have to say that lately I've noticed the staff is often surly and presumptuous. At this point, I prefer to choose ice cream shops with more welcoming staff who don't put me off having an ice cream.
