The staff is very friendly, the service is very fast. I didn't know their menus, I was pleasantly surprised

Friendly staff....Good sandwiches and the thing that made me happy was to see the option for dogs 10 stars for this. I gave one star to the environment because unfortunately it was full of flies and the extractor hood in the kitchen didn't work so the little place was enveloped in kitchen fumes.

Best burgers ever tried, a little small for the price but the quality is incredible, super good chips too, best ever so far in terms of taste, I repeat I would make them cost or a little less because 20 euros for a menu seems a bit much to me, but very good

Come sempre il servizio è impeccabile, ma quest'oggi ho potuto assistere a una scena che mi ha colpito più del solito. Uno dei dipendenti nonostante fosse stato attaccato verbalmente da una cliente in maniera MOLTO maleducata, nonostante fosse in torto, ha mantenuto la calma cercando di spiegare che non si potesse fare qualcosa a quest'ultima.
Il tutto mantenendo la solita velocità e qualità del servizio. Bravissimi

Today I tried Bun Burger for the first time in Arese, I was served by Silvia, Ivan and Stefano. As an expert person and manager of another POS within the Centre, I can say that I found care in the welcome, the boy at the checkout manages to do up and cross selling well, making the customer imagine the final product and also making his mouth water 🙃 Silvia greets the customer from start to finish with the smiles that few people still use in catering today. The team works uniformly, thus achieving excellent preparation times. I will definitely be back for a future break 💚

Delicious sandwiches... but in my opinion not very hygienic.
Staff who first manage the cash register and touch the money then make the sandwiches and take the salad with their bare hands
