Buger King In Parma

delicious food but the service needs to be improved, it's a shame that fast food restaurants have this problem but Burger King is certainly better than McDonald's!

Also because, it's a bit like expecting motorway toll booths to be deserted on August 15th when in reality there is a queue even in the Telepass lanes! However, when I happen to arrive when the majority of people have already finished and the place is almost empty, from around 2pm onwards, I have been able to see that, in addition to the almost lightning-fast delivery of the tray, the boys go around cleaning and arranging chairs and tables Furthermore, they are often left set by rude customers. I want to leave a small mention to Alex (I think he is the store manager, I hope that's what they say), really nice, smiling and available to anyone as well as capable of managing the most hectic moments. I've been here several times, once with the drive-through where they gave me someone else's order, thank goodness I noticed and they remade it for me and another time I ate directly at the place where they gave me the good and correct order

Mi piace un sacco il Burger King ma questo non.... Ambiente molto sporco e curato male. I bidoni della spazzatura erano pienissimi e puzzavano... Incredibile. Parlo di sabato sera verso le 21:30. Torno da Mac Donald's.

A little slow but located in a nice place (in front of the Esselunga). Inside like all the others but certainly welcoming and comfortable. Certainly not the best of the Burger Kings in Parma (for me the best is the one in the Galleria).
