We chose raw and we weren't wrong. I was already following him on Instagram and I must say that not only did he confirm what I saw on social media but he surpassed it in a big way live, going from the service of the two girls to the presentation of the dishes, from the welcome to the dessert it was a crescendo with the presence and attention of the two girls who accompanied us from the beginning to the end of the service. Second experience. This time I tried the sashimi. Well. The portions were certainly not large but that's not the problem. Honestly, the fish, although of good quality, did not have any distinctive flavor, in fact it all seemed the same. It lacked a certain flavor typical of fresh, as if it had been defrosted and served. The only fresh one seemed to be the salmon which is farmed anyway. However, to give character to the dishes there was soy and a particular wasabi. The hot ones are great though. Nothing to say. Like the service that makes the difference. Too bad the already high cover charge and where you pay for water separately seemed too much to me and if you don't consume enough then from the friendliness they become hasty and bye. Then we offer a bitter? Yes please. In the account at the end. A little more attention wouldn't hurt.

Business lunch, that's what it said on the menu. I would say it would be reductive to call it that, personally I found it better than many other "à la carte dinners". The price? Less than in a pizzeria. Courteous, professional, fast service. What can I say? Thanks to all the staff for giving me this convivial moment.

As far as I'm concerned, the best in all of Salerno and I'm not exaggerating, a restaurant with attention to the smallest details. I ate some exceptional raw fish, where the quality of the fish blended in detail with the combination of some very delicate sauces, so much so as to enhance the flavor of the fish without ruining it.
Not to mention the "coffee and red prawn ravioli", a unique dish that I had never eaten before. The frying is also very good, "light and crunchy".
Wide choice of wines, kind and knowledgeable staff, very clean restaurant.

I had high expectations for this restaurant, also encouraged by some friends who had tried it.
Let's start with the location, some details taken care of and others not. After all, it is a veranda and so in winter if you eat at one of the tables along the perimeter it is cold. Floating fake wood floor that wobbles when the waiters pass by and makes the whole table wobble and emits an unpleasant noise. For a restaurant that has impeccable service and super attention to detail, it's like being out of context. Furthermore, at our table it started to drip from the ceiling given the rain outside, unacceptable, but it is the risk of eating not in a restaurant but on a veranda.
Let's get to the important thing, the food. Good, but not an experience you want to repeat as soon as you complete it. I ate well but not very well, and if I compare it to the price, we're not quite there. A risotto (3 forkfuls of risotto) 28 euros is a steal. The salmon tartare was good, the tuna tartare didn't even feel like the fish was overwhelmed by the condiments. Prawn risotto nothing special, the octopus with mashed potatoes was good. In total I spent 180 euros between 2 to get cold, eat well but not very well. First of all, if I spend this amount I want a place and not a veranda, and in Salerno there are various wonderful places, but moreover I would like to eat in an amazing way, but this wasn't the case.
