A top-notch experience from start to finish. We visited this seafood restaurant as a family and were impressed not only by the extraordinary quality of the ingredients, but also by the warm and professional welcome from the owner and the entire staff: kind, knowledgeable, and always attentive to every detail. The selection of raw seafood was simply unforgettable, probably the best I've ever tasted, incredibly fresh and served with great care. The first courses confirmed the excellence of the cuisine: a perfect balance between tradition and creativity, intense yet refined flavors. The wine list was also excellent, with recommended pairings that made the gastronomic journey even more harmonious. The price is absolutely in line with the quality offered, which here is truly top-notch. A restaurant that knows how to transform a dinner into a special experience, one to remember and certainly repeat.

I went to dinner at Crudo after reading the various positive reviews, and I can only confirm this. The ingredients were excellent, and the selection of raw seafood was sublime. Afterwards, we had a lobster pasta dish, which was perfectly creamed. I've never had such a balanced lobster pasta dish. The staff was attentive and friendly, and they accommodated all our requests with professionalism and courtesy. I'll definitely be back.

We visited this restaurant for a special occasion, having received a recommendation – and unfortunately, we were met with a huge disappointment. The food, which was supposed to be exclusive, turned out to be mediocre at best – we've had much better in the surrounding area. The most disappointing thing, however, was the level of service. From the start, we felt like we didn't look like "proper" customers. The waiter even dared to ask if we "really knew what we were ordering" when we chose the octopus – which was not only unprofessional but downright pathetic. A place that bills itself as exclusive should prioritize respect and the comfort of its guests – regardless of their appearance or age. Instead of feeling special, we felt disrespected and judged. A distressing experience, which I absolutely do not recommend to anyone who wants to spend an important moment in an atmosphere of class and hospitality.

The red shrimp carpaccio is highly recommended; it was a true delight we'll never forget. The entire staff, from the kitchen to the dining room, works as a perfectly tuned ensemble: helpfulness, friendliness, and an innate sense of hospitality transform dinner into a memorable experience, one that not only satiates the body but also satisfies the soul. Ultimately, Crudo is more than just a restaurant: it's a place where dining is elevated to an art form, and where those who dine there leave enriched, eager to return as soon as possible to relive such a similar enchantment.
