Locale molto bello, personale gentilissimo cibo ottimo, sono stato oggi con mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli abbiamo preso un ottimo antipasto di affettati e formaggi, accompagnato da crescentine calde una lasagna verde alla bolognese, tagliatelle alla bolognese, tagliatelle al pomodoro e dei tortellini con ragù, tutto veramente buono, servizio rapido nonostante fosse affollato, sicuramente torneremo

Locale conosciuto grazie ad amiche bolognesi alcuni anni fa, è diventato una “tradizione “ della mia famiglia ogni volta che siamo a Bologna. Locale in centro caratteristico, servizio gentile, spuma di mortadella e fettuccine strepitose. Ottime anche le crescentine con lo squacquerone. In realtà il menù propone parecchie altre cose, ma queste ci piacciono talmente che le prendiamo sempre, anche se sarebbe giusto provare altro!

19/01/2025: Abbiamo cenato giovedì 16 gennaio eravamo in 6 abbiamo prenotato. Locale caldo ed accogliente, forse un po’ troppo stretto ( tavoli appiccicati). Molto buoni i tortellini in brodo di cappone, peccato che non erano abbondanti. Molto ricca la grigliata di carne, non è piaciuto il coniglio in porchetta. Servizio veloce e professionale, prezzo onesto. Da riprovare con più calma nella prossima visita a Bologna.
28/08/2024: A characterful location this with rows of outside tables in front of its three small rooms with a secret trap door affording a view of a canal below. Inside the walls are packed either paintings and memorabilia. There’s even a set of traffic lights. The restaurant’s logo of a black cat appears on the shirts of the waiting staff as well as the bottled water. Il Biassanot is both a musical term as well as a satisfied feeling at the end of a meal. We certainly all experienced that after a shared refreshing starter of prosciutto and melon, then a tagliatelle ragu, a classic bolognese cutlet of breaded pork covered in a slice of ham and cheese; an unusual dish of rabbit, pie Herts and spinach.

20/02/2025: The restaurant is always very intimate and characteristic. With the new management the menu is traditional to the right point, with some reinterpretations that are very good. The staff is really kind, attentive and professional. The bombette rifare all'emiliana are highly recommended. Compliments to the staff and keep it up!!!
