I can give my best as there are three particular points. Very characteristic environment but above all refined and clean. Top service, all the waiters are well dressed and very kind. Really good food

Exceptional is an understatement! Wonderful venue, exquisite and competent staff, heavenly food and wine. The owner is a person from another era... friendly, professional and honest. We will definitely be back.

Siamo stati a pranzo in occasione della Festa dell Immacolata ed abbiamo scoperto un locale meraviglioso! Ottimo cibo, ottimo tartufo e ottimo vino! Servizio superlativo in un contesto cordiale ed elegante. La Buca di S. Francesco sarà certamente la nostra tappa fissa in futuro.

We’ve been there twice during our visit and loved it both times. The staff is so friendly and great at their jobs! I’ve had the soup and the gnocchi and both were amazing. Can we talk about the artichoke quiche with Pecorino cream sauce? Probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Yum!

23/02/2025: Abbiamo pranzato al " Bottaccione " domenica 23 febbraio ,il locale era pieno ma ci hanno immediatamente trovato una sistemazione. Il servizio è stato eccellente malgrado la molta clientela presente, e rapido .Ho ritrovato sapori ed atmosfere che pensavo di aver, ormai, dimenticato. Ottimi gli antipasti, il vino generoso e non " traditore ", sia i primi - tagliatelle fatte in casa al sugo di cinghiale - che i secondi - il " friccò " eugubino - ci hanno pienamente soddisfatti. Al momento del conto nessuna sorpresa, perfettamente in linea con la maggioranza delle trattorie e ristoranti frequentati nel corso degli anni. Il personale mai invadente, il bagno molto pulito, l' ambiente genuinamente rustico. Merita davvero la sosta.
02/02/2025: Simple but very nice tavern...fast and competent staff...excellent house starter, truffle omelette, sublime mushroom and truffle tagliatelle...and the chicken fricco...the house wine is also good... .

04/01/2025: The restaurant located in Montone not far from Perugia, about 30 minutes by car, never going into too much detail I can only say that it is one of those restaurants where you want to go back and as far as I'm concerned there are very few, excellent hospitality, excellent food all in one location really relaxing and tastefully furnished. I will definitely go back. Compliments
04/01/2025: Ristorante situato nel centro di Montone a circa 30 minuti da Perugia , accoglienza ,cibo eccellenti così come la location rilassante ed arredata con gusto . Insomma un posto dove tornarci ogni volta che si può tutto perfetto .
