17/08/2024: Very welcoming and refined place, lights and colors that make you feel at home, very courteous and qualified staff. Really good pizza, the dough was a cloud, the ingredients are of high quality and the prices are absolutely excellent. I was deeply impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service.
11/08/2024: I had been trying to come and taste your pizzas since February but even though I had tried to book several times the answer was always the same "...We're sorry but we're fully booked..."
Yesterday evening (10/08/2024), when they told me to go and look for a place to eat something, I had no doubts about the direction to take... heading towards Pulcinella (without a reservation, however), but this time I was ready to tie myself to the counter!!! When we arrived, the answer I initially received exhausted me, but instead it gave me joy again... 10 minutes and I'll let you sit down!!! We couldn't believe it... Obviously the expectations were very high (like my responsibility for choosing the place) and everything went great!! Two pizzas fried and baked (one with burrata and red Mazara prawn tartare, amazing, the other with Cantabrian anchovies and yellow Piennolo cherry tomatoes), the other three pizzas, one with a sweet and sour flavor with honey and flakes of parmesan, one with almonds and the last a classic 4 flavors with the addition of Calabrian esplanata... Truly a pleasure, all of them, from the most decisive to the most delicate to the very classic. Top dough...If you find a flaw...Sorry, you'll have to turn to someone else! TOP, I personally highly recommend trying their pizzas. I take responsibility for what I wrote.
P.S.: my daughter doesn't like lemon or lime zest. basil etc etc and last night he devoured the pizza!
